Rex cards
Just read on the bbc gossip column tht if we appeal the red cards and are unsuccessful, they both will be out if the final. How can league red cards count in the cup but cup red cards don't count in the league? We defiantly need to appeal to Watkins red as it wasn't even a booking but I can see tansey's red being upheld even though I don't think it was a red. Is it worth leaving Ramsey suspended for the Hibs match so he is available for the final?

Inverness CT -V- Dundee Utd
I can see why the ref gave the 1st red but think it was harsh. When contact was made (and it was minimal) his studs were facing the floor and no more than a foot if the grass. The ref only gets one look at it but I feel he got that wrong. 2nd red was just a joke. If that's red card then slide tackles will be banned before you know it. Red cards aside, shocking, woeful, terrible, hopeless defending, warran and meekings both had shockers (I did say Devine should play today)! We need a win midweek desperately

History in the making.
Important point that. Hopefully that will keep the boys fired up and not be distracted by the game the following Sunday. Hibs and Motherwell drawing today was a good result for us because it also means that Motherwell's poor run continues and that improves our chance of a top 3 place. I Know that next Sunday is our first tilt at winning a major trophy and it will be a great occasion but we are still in the main cup competition and in with a great chance of a top 3 league place. Those must remain our top priorities. Going into the final knowing that top 6 is confirmed would be a great morale booster. For once I agree with my old man. A win midweek will be tremendous and I feel Aberdeen will be disappointed to only win 1-0 today(with a full line up) . If we can win on Sunday and get at least a draw midweek, then that will make the final even more of a party for the fans, bring it on!

Team for Dundee Utd
I know that Meekings and warren are the 1st choice centre back pairing, but with Warren out of the final, would it not make sense to play Devine against Utd to give him a full match before the final? Usually I would say that we should play our strongest line up but Devine is a good player and I think it would a good idea

Would you want County relegated this season?
Its always nice to know you are doing better than your rivals so being in a higher league is always a nice feeling. However, apart from celtic, the county matches are our next biggest crowd puller (sometimes more than the celtic games) and the revenue is vital for a club like ICT. Plus, its great to gubb them! I would like to see them stay up, but only just

Cup Final Ticket Allocation
If we have sold 8500 tickets then for a club like ours that is not half bad. I would like to think that we could get to the 10000 mark and a good result against Dundee Utd may persuade a few part time fans or neutrals to come along

Cup final allocation
Just give us the stand behind a goal, is that not too much to ask? To give us what we have at the moment is a disgrace and a formal letter from the club needs to be sent to the spfl. We always knew that Aberdeen would outnumber us 3/4:1 but is it not common sence to make sure both teams have sets of fans behind the goals.

Cup final allocation
Just seen on the bbc website that Aberdeen have been given a 30,000 allocation for the final, anyone know what sort of allocation we may get ? 10,000 max I suspect

Whats with the pre semi-final nerves?
Having read a number of threads on the website there seems to be a common trend that peolpe are a bit nervous about sundays match. But i cant understand why? We are higher in the league (by a long way) we have the better players, better goals scored, fewer goals conceded so why are so many people so nervous? I can understand that fans dont want to see their team lose at the semi final stange again but it looks although fans are quite aprehensive. This has all seem to have come around after it was anounced that stevenson was eligilbe to play. Before this the confidence on here was a lot higher. 1 player is not going to win the game for a team. I am confident of a good performance and a comfortable win ( assuming yogi players our best players) C'MON THE CALEY JAGS!!!!!!!!

Shoot-Out Keeper
Assuming it goes to penalties and assume all 3 subs have not been used, would I change keepers? No chance. If you did that you would have to win the shoot out otherwise you'd look like a right muppet.

Ryan Stevenson availability for semi.
Doesn't matter that he is now available. One player does not win you a match and we still have a much better team than hearts.
-
Shinnie's best position?
I think he could be our version of Leighton Baines. He is very good in defence and has got better and better in going forward. I think playing him on the left side of midfield with Tremarco at left back maybe the way forward, especially when foran, draper and Vincent are back.
-
Penalty-kick taker?
You either need to hit a penalty in the bottom or top corners (top a bit more risky) and with plenty of pace. Do that and the keeper has no chance
-
Greg Tansey
I am really glad to see him back. With the injuries and suspensions we have at the moment he will surely go straight into the 1st team. I think when Foran, Vincent, Draper etc are all back then Tansey will drop to the bench but it is good to have some better cover for when we have players out. For to many years now the quality of the cover has just not been up to sratch
