Apparently, Sky Sports is reporting that ICT are to have an emergency board meeting this weekend as a result of the financial implications of Rangers, or Sevco 5088 to give them their proper name, being voted to Division Three. Surely things can't be that bad.......can they?

Presumably Rangers still hold an SPL share until such time as it gets transferred to Club 12.

Interestingly though why has the newco delegation turned up at the SPL AGM meeting this morning at Hampden and been allowed admission

One of two things....

- NewCo & OldCo "delegations" are one in the same at the moment and the OldCo still hold a share in the SPL until such time as they are requested to surrender it by the SPL Board (i.e. Doncaster and Co, not the clubs).

- They've been invited along for the formal feck off farewell.

What a shame he did not say something like that on Friday. I am encouraged by this statement but it is disappointing that there was no apology for his PR Gaffe on Friday. Hopefully there can be constructive progress towards league reconstruction now.

It is important for all to understand that KC is just a front for "The Builder" and the poor chap is set up to take the flak. He has worked for our dear savior for many many years and he is one of the few who haven't been "let go" over the years. Let's not forget that Kenny's sporting background is very much shinty and far removed from what his position now demands but he really isn't a bad guy. The football business is not an honest one - a fact maybe Kenny is finding hard to deal with.
