Backroom Boys

If Brew were to go, whether it be of his own accord or that of the Board, I would, as I always do in these footballing circumstances, feel very sorry for the 'staff', who would likely lose their jobs as most new Managers tend to form their own Backroom team - a bit like CB did at United.

Mind you, this would probably require extensive 'pay-offs' which ICT may not be prepared to do.

Then again, any new Boss may not feel the need to change anyone.

IF is a feckin BIG word - almost as big as the phrase "new boss"

If Brewster and Malky were the only ones to go that would not be an expensive excercise as their contracts are up at the end of the season in any event.

People go into these jobs with eyes wide open and know that a change of manager can all too often result in a change of backroom staff....an occupational hazard.

Are you sure about that?

Weren't discussions on the go a couple of months back regards a new contract for Brewster?

If you are right about "contracts up at the end of the season", what are the board waiting for?

i dont give a toss if they are contracted until 2050. they all have to go.

Hell to freeze over ?

Perhaps it's so they can offer him less money when he's going to be managing a 1st div team instead of a spl one?
