ICT vs Saints Oct16th

Hi Guys,

Looking for some information for a supporters bus to make this trip an overnight stay - weather permitting of course!

We are likely to have a full bus travelling up from Perth on the Sat morning and looking for a venue for pre match drinks, a recommended hotel to base ourselves at and then a venue for evening entertainment. Not all of our supporters club members are over 18 and will need a venue that would permit kids in after 7pm. I'm sure the rest of us without kids will manage a good drinking session till the wee hours of the morning!

Have read your information via the club info section and the Caley Thistle Social Club pre match looks a great shout but any other recommendations for places to stay and venues would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure the caley social club is members only. The sports bar at the ground is open and kids are allowed in. In terms of food the British Legion is fairly popular with away fans - Killie fans always go to it. There's a new hotel on Academy Street in Inverness called the Ramada Encore. It's meant to be pretty decent and I think they do group bookings.

I'm pretty sure the new sports bar is only for those holding home-end tickets. That was the case on Saturday anyway.

Oops you're right snow. ST and home end ticket holders only.

The Keg opens at nine and is just round the corner from HoHo hostel, a salubrious city centre boutique hotel.

Cant think of many licensed premises in the city centre that let kids in after 7 p.m.

Im previous SPL years Im sure some of the Hearts away support used the Social Club.

The social club ins't only for members on a matchday. Away fans are allowed into the Social club on match days. Busses go there frequently and there are always away fans in it before the game. You could book your bus in there no problem.

I would agree with that selection - but only becos there is no suitable hotel in the vicinity of the Nip Inn.

And a travel lodge beside it too.x,
