Aluko "Dive"

this could turn out to be an interesting one

video looks pretty clear cut as a dive to me....the fact that you can see the moment he trips on his own foot just before the end of the clip seems to seal it for me but i wonder if the review board will get the super slo-mo zoom out to try to clear the rangers player

Blatant simulation and if the SFA are to retain a shred of credibility (do they still have any) they must find Aluko guilty as ..... :redcard:

Yeap, you can clearly see that the defender running across and behind him touches his arm, but quite clearly it aint a grab or a pull or a punch. No reason to go down like a sack of tatties. Think he was over keen to appease the knuckle dragging support after his lazy gaff against Killie. Aluko not a known offender from what I can remember, so what should they do, it would have been a booking for simulation in the game. Will be interesting to see th eoutcome, after Samaras got away with his Simulation against us to get the man advantage a few weeks ago.

simulation is cheating, no matter where on the pitch it happens. Did anyone see the Dutch simulation on A League of their own the other night?

Aluko is either deluded or incredibly stupid. He dived and the fact he is trying to defend it is ridiculous. Hope the SFA throw the book at him.

That is simply a joke and one of the worst attempts I have ever seen :redcard:

I dunno - saw an even more blatant one the other week - big Greek fellow went down like a sack of tatties. :redcard:

I'm not complaining. I especially won't be complaining if we avoid relegation by a point ahead of Dunfermline! lol

Seriously though, the SFA have to act on this.

It's a simple charge of bringing the game into disrepute. The SPFA should get themselves involved for the sake of the game here, the SFA probably won't.

The SFA should actually announce that every game will be reviewed for simulation in the SPL, since the cameras are at every game. Then they should warn all the clubs and players that anyone found to simulate will be banded for 2 games automatically, and 4 for repeat offenders, with clubs only allowed to pay half their wage will banded. That would stop the cheating.

However, we would end up with an honest league game, but that wouldnt help us when we played internationals

2 match ban upheld. Cheating t**t.
