Unbelievable game. I thought MvG would blow Taylor away, but it all hinged on his and the crowds reaction to his spat with Barney.

 

The quality of darts in this game was incredible and Phil Taylor has not won fifteen previous finals by being an average player, he weathered the storm and came back with even more.  Brilliant display from him but MvG is the way forward if and when Taylor decides to pack in.

I stopped watching it after it went 3-2 to MvG mainly because the crowd where doing my head in. Chanting whilst they threw was out of order in my view.

Not sure this merits being under 'Other Sports'. Personally, can't bring myself to view an activity involving overweight middle aged men swilling beer and making a concerted effort to keep Imperial Tobacco in business as a sport. It's no more a sport than snooker or ten pin bowling.

Just think of it as a variation of the javelin.

And what about the Olympic sport of horse dancing?

Get a life you lot.  That as the most entertaining event of the year, two men at the top of their game going at it nip and tuck.

Entertaining, no doubt if you are into darts, skillful, without doubt. I certainly couldn't do it. sport, no.

From that definition I'd say that all activities listed above are sports.

That makes Twister a sport!
