He's been selected by Chris Sutton in his team of the week, which is deserving of congratulations in its own right but I don't think it merits a call up to the French national squad.

If he makes a bad tackle for his National Team will it be a Guinea Fowl ?

 

Well done to the big fellow.  We can all be patronising and say "it is only Guinea".  But, they are only a few spots lower than Scotland in the world rankings,(64 and 57). We would be thrilled if one of our Scottish players got into our national squad.   

Maybe this will be the confidence boost he needs to really show his worth and become a fan favourite.  I'd certainly like to see him start converting some of these heading chances he has had in recent games.

Well done and well deserved.

Theres been a big improvement from this guy since first arriving and can only get better. 

It's recognition for the progress he has made since coming here. Working in a strange land, learning new ways and a language barrier, getting up to speed, scoring goals and looking generally sharper all round.

Well done Lonsana, it's wonderful to be involved with your national squad, I hope you will be as successful as you have been in growing into your role at Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
