I bought something over the phone once and mentioned that I was a ST holder but they said they didn't do any kind of discount. However the very nice lady said the postage was free because of what I was ordering which was kind of her  :003:

I have an old 10% discount card which was issued to shareholders- I think that's the only way anybody got discount. I never use it nowadays anyway- I'd rather let the club have the money.

The club shop gives a 10% discount to Shareholders, Supporters Club and Trust members, Centenary Club members and of course Season Ticket holders. All this is only on merchandise, not tickets.
