Losing runs

We have now gone 5 in a row defeated, I'm just curious as to what other losing runs led to other managers dismissals?

For example, does anyone know the runs the following teams/managers were on when they got the chop?

Pele at Aberdeen

Brewster at Utd

CC before he resigned

Alex Rae at Dundee

Whatsisname at Spurs

Robertson at Hearts

Pele at Aberdeen - 7 Defeats in a row at end of season.

Brewster at Utd - A run of 6 losses and 2 draws. Fate sealed by a 5-1 loss to Falkirk.

CC before he resigned - 3 losses at start of season.

Alex Rae at Dundee - A run of 6 losses and 2 draws.

Whatsisname at Spurs - 4 Losses and a draw.

Robertson at Hearts - 6 losses and 2 draws at end of season.

I once had the runs for four days.

On a similar note, Brewster gets verbal diarrhea whenever a microphone is put in front of him after a game.

As ma good pal Rudyard Kipling once said to me - with a mouth full of cake - One day, as I sat

sad and lonely and without a friend, a voice came to me saying "Cheer up, things could be worse".

So I cheered up, And sure enough, Things got worse.

So regardless of us losing by the odd goal, or there not being anyone as a standout replacement, we're not exactly jumping the gun at wanting a change.

Could we defend a board of directors who refuse to make a chance in management if the team were to go 7 or 8 defeats in a row?

I reakon if we dont win one of our next 2 games he'll be packing his bags.
