Very good, nice to get to another cup final, however was it a bit risky to play some key players so soon to a more important cup game?  Why not play more younger layers, I know we've lost some to the Fort but surely playing the likes of McCart and Keatings was a gamble?   Its not like they need match fitness.

I would presume he is splitting the squad equally like he did for the early pre season friendlies. All those who didn't play today will probably start on Saturday. Bit risky but obviously wants to give everyone some decent game time.

Robbo was saying after the Morton game that he will be making a raft of changes for Saturday's game with Harper, MacGregor, Trafford, Welsh and Storey all starting. Maybe a bit of a risk as the league cup is a potential money spinner and morale booster.  However, we do have a bit of depth and those coming into the side will be anxious to prove themselves.

Can I just refer back to that other topic about the stewarding, as it definitely links into here. The stewards this evening were shambolic, they made no attempt to separate the fans, and didn't try to quieten down the Clach fans who maybe had a touch too much at the fan bar...felt like the Clach fans were getting a bit too rowdy...

I was beside some and although they were noisey they were nothing like the old days at the Clach park I didn't think there was any problems.

McCart went of injured I think it was just a bleeding nose and hope he will be fine for Saturday.  Another good game well done to the team :clapping:

Were not in the league cup. The wafer cup is nearly as diddy as this

Oops!  Thanks for correcting me.  But it is a national cup and the day we won it was a great day out and a great morale booster to the team.  A bit of extra cash too.  It is a competition we should be trying seriously to win.

True.      Every game brings something in the door even if it's a diddy game in the eyes of some fans. . And provides entertainment for those who are not able to get to Inverness.

And, of course can provide an opportunity for the younger players or newbies to the club to get experience and shine.
