I do worry all this will hamper our preparations for important league games, whilst East Fife will have missed a good payday on Saturday and Dumbarton have been messed around too. Would we be allowed to host it?

If the pitch is that bad and not just a weather problem, the SFA should intervene to ensure an alternative ground is on standby on Wednesday to host the game.
