  1. What, for saying the Fort have a mountain to climb? So you reckon Spartans is just a molehill then?
  2. That's it over. 0-0.
  3. The home fans have just been finding out what away fans at VP have put up with for years. The away toilet facilities were rubbish too any time we've been there.
  4. Thistle all end in tears you know :019:
  5. Drawing you mean. Ukraine were winning with a minute left- as good as a defeat though. Goalless at half time in Milan :021:
  6. Anybody remember the ad (Tennents?) with the guy in London who chucks his briefcase in the bin and comes back to Scotland? All to the strains of Frankie Miller and 'Caledonia'.
  7. I think if it's your first season he buys you a drink every week.
  8. Worked that time anyway. Was staying in Riof/Reef last week but never saw the great man this time.
  9. Your link needs a login Hairy....
  10. It's called 'Going Home'. Good idea even if we'd be copying Newcastle. Love the film, must have seen it a dozen times. For years I kept suggesting 'Battle' by Wolfstone but I think the Tinks have stolen it now.
  11. What round does the seeding end anyway? The semis maybe? But yes, you're paranoid.
  12. Second away game in a row when all I've seen of ICT was a flash of the lights from the team bus as I headed down the A9 on the Saturday night. :007:
  13. Mickey Rourke as 10CC
  14. Letting the top juniors in is a step forward. They should let more in (only 3 this year instead of 4, as Linlithgow Rose qualify on 2 counts). They will leather Newton Stewart about 12-0, you heard it here first. Same with Pollok v St Cuthberts. Not so sure about the new format though, many of these clubs will struggle to afford the bus for these North/South clashes. Lossie should beat Whitehill, who are a shadow of the team of the late 90s who won at Elgin & Fraserburgh. I think the Clach tie will be very close- how about an early kick-off to avoid ICT v Falkirk- but Fort William have a mountain to climb!
  15. Oh yes it is :moon03: :moon03: :moon03: :moon03: :moon03:
  16. Aye but we like the average waist size to be below 65 too.
  17. Let's not start all that 'the first division is better than the SPL' nonsense. That's the sort of garbage the C(o)unty fans come up with. The SPL is the only place to be.
  18. The guy who wished him dead was not an ICT fan IIRC, just a visitor from another club. I think Brew's effect will be to get us above Gretna, which will be mission accomplished in my eyes. We can worry about the long term later on. Who knows, maybe his layoff from management has given him time to rethink how the game should be played. The last manager where we didn't moan forever about dull route 1 football was Pele. I respect the views of others who say they won't be back, but it's a game of fitba FFS.
  19. Me & Naelifts- and I believe the Wanderer from China will grace us with his presence.

Missed the game today, and apart from the result it's just as well. My mate Dougie was going up. He only got to Ballinluig by 1.30 and turned back. Anyway, they should put one of those playercams on Russell. He gets through a feckin unbelievable amount of work. But you're right. He can't pass.
  21. Bit of a contradiction n'est-ce pas? BTW anybody would become a monk if they only had Dundeh hairies to look forward to for the next 4 years
  22. I'll try emailing the BBC. Edited- ah well at least they're acknowledging the problem.
  23. Can only get the Hibs game at the mo :019:

That Europe thing will never catch on :015 :015: :015:
  25. I travelled up for that East Fife game (think it was a Cherry o.g.). I remember standing there as a goggle-eyed teenager and getting some old buffer to sign my copy. It's Mainwaring BTW :004:
