Aye, do what the old book plugger says, it's actually rather good :023: Actually, the away strip from 1994 looked a bit pinkish from a distance as it was red & white stripes. A bit like pyjamas to be honest.

Sorry, misread that. Yes I remember it- they were after the photo of Doc from my site which I had shamelessly scanned, not knowing who the photographer was. Still don't know either, but apparently Doc liked it.

Aye that's the general area. I now have to go off to Lewis for a funeral and I'll miss the Hibs game. I'll definitely have a look for that booklet on Sunday after I get back.

Forgot about this thread. Laura, sorry but I can only take 4 guests. Wanderer is over from China so I'll either have 2 or 3 with me or I'll go to one of the nearer pubs with ICT fans in. Eliza- no problem if you get him to contact me. It's not really walkable- it's down near The Shore.

The guy who wished him dead was not an ICT fan IIRC, just a visitor from another club. I think Brew's effect will be to get us above Gretna, which will be mission accomplished in my eyes. We can worry about the long term later on. Who knows, maybe his layoff from management has given him time to rethink how the game should be played. The last manager where we didn't moan forever about dull route 1 football was Pele. I respect the views of others who say they won't be back, but it's a game of fitba FFS.

Missed the game today, and apart from the result it's just as well. My mate Dougie was going up. He only got to Ballinluig by 1.30 and turned back. Anyway, they should put one of those playercams on Russell. He gets through a feckin unbelievable amount of work. But you're right. He can't pass.

Had one or two 500 errors myself this week. Have to say the functionality on this site is sooooperb though, keep discovering new functions (including the one just above!). Haven't heard Feyenoord crowing about TJE site for a while either, seems pretty basic compared to this.

I travelled up for that East Fife game (think it was a Cherry o.g.). I remember standing there as a goggle-eyed teenager and getting some old buffer to sign my copy. It's Mainwaring BTW :004:
