  1. Mmmm, Haggis Chick or fish, Johnboy? Tough decision :023:
  2. I take it that was you posting on SoS this morning RiG (on the Hearts-Hibs love-in thread :015:)
  3. No replays in the League Cup, so get ready for a long night and pens if necessary :017:
  4. I think people are taking The Office a bit for granted. It was made 6 years ago and was pretty ground breaking at the time.
  5. Yep, well done to the wee County over the bridge. Top of the Highland League!
  6. I think this is the first time I've ever been able to quote myself :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  7. One thing I've discovered about Tumilty- he's very strict and doesn't seem to want any banter a la Willie Young. He's the guy who sent off Blackie at Falkirk (mind you so would anybody else). I think he's got the makings of a decent ref though- he's still pretty young. BTW Tumilty was the same ref who was in charge when we beat DUFC with a Dargo goal right at the death. I met him that night at a birthday party, that's how I remember it. So if we get a late goal every time he gets us, he's welcome :022:
  8. What a day I had :crazy07: :crazy07: :crazy07: :crazy07: Great craic in a full car coming up the road. A bottle of Ross-Shire's finest from the supporters' trust (cheers DJS), the messiah scores a late winner in his second coming, and I get my text read out on Traynor (what do you mean "who's the Mantis" you blimp :015: :015:). And I got a shot of Peter Paul's camera while he went for a pie. :015: :015: :015: Chances are I'll be on TV at the winner too after a crazy run down the front, what a sensible, respectable old chap :023: BTW ICT must be the only club in the world where the photographer gets his name chanted "Peter Paul, Peter Paul, Peter Paul":021: :021: :021:
  9. Naw Dee, Mrs Mantis is though.
  10. Is that based on inside info or just opinion? He's made one sub appearance this season.
  11. Yes, I wondered when somebody would mention Haggis Chick :015: :015: :015:
  12. I'm registered as the44mantis- anybody wants to have a browse and add themselves as a contact can see if this link will work My Photo Page
  13. :rotflmao: Or Hello Hello, or Hail Hail of course.
  14. Everybody knows you bring your own little bit of sunshine to the Sneck :sunny01:
  15. You should be happy enough with somebody inheriting your foreskin :014:
  16. Rangers just equalised, sounds like a good game...
  17. I thought Shakhtar were a joy to watch, shame the tims never even turned up :015: And yes, I think Rangers will get rogered tonight and finish bottom.
  18. I'm sure there's a saying somewhere about pride comes before a chicken or something :029:
  19. Aye we're all feckin delighted for you! We'll be even more delighted when you pop your cherry next week :021:
  20. Oh I'm well aware that I'm exactly the type of parochial, narrow-minded, backward looking Scot he despises :015: :015: :015: :015:
  21. As somebody who pissed himself laughing at things like The Crucifixion about 1975, then Riotous Assembly, Cop Yer Whack and so on, and saw him live about 1980, I think Billy Connolly has long sold out, become a luvvie and disappeared up his own ersehole. No 1 son likes him though, last time I checked....
  22. I think as a guy he would get on my tits. Seeing the extra bits on the DVDs makes him look a real puerile tawt. If you see him wrapping this guy up on 2 separate discs it is emarrassing and should have been left off. But his work is quality. The Office and Extras are absolutely brilliant.
  23. Aye, forgot Dargo did it against Hibs :010:
  24. I agree that Dennis does not get enough goals in the SPL. But Dennis' purple patch was not 'the other year', but was only last winter. Just as ICT were looking like a well-oiled machine and cert for top six, Denzil did his shoulder in the first minute against Celtic (Rory's only ever good game remember) and Dargo did his shortly afterwards. Instead of looking at how many goals Wyness scored, look at his value as a link man. As I remember it, CC wasn't picking Wyness towards the end of 2006. Then we had an appalling 3-1 defeat away at Tannadice. Next week Dennis was back and we lost 3-4 at home to Killie with everybody saying how well we played. Following that, how about this for championship form: 23.12.06 Dunfermline ICT 0-0 Wyness started 27.12.2006 Inverness CT Rangers 2 - 1 Wyness started 30.12.2006 Falkirk Inverness CT 3 - 1 Wyness started but the whole team was gash after beating Rangers 01.01.2007 Inverness CT St. Mirren 2 - 1 Wyness scored 06.01.2007 Stirling Albion Inverness CT 1 - 6 Wyness scored 13.01.2007 Aberdeen Inverness CT 1 - 1 Wyness started 21.01.2007 Inverness CT Hibernian 3 - 0 Wyness started 28.01.2007 Inverness CT Celtic 1 - 2 Wyness injured in first minute & substituted. Wyness out for rest of season. ICT win only 3 more league matches ALL SEASON.
  25. Well mine arrived today and even Mrs Mantis likes it (including names). Mind you, don't know about anybody else, but I nearly ripped mine getting it over my head when I took it off. That's XL.
