  1. why is a boxing ring called a ring, when it is clearly square?
  2. Few showers this morning, nothing much

  4. Duff's composure and reading of the game is very good and i have been impressed with him at right back. He would be my current first choice there. With Cox and Duncan both fit again i reckon they will occupy the holding midfield.
  5. Does anyone know if any of the refs actually been confirmed for this weekend? Cant seem to find anything official and i noticed this in the Daily Record:
  6. as mentioned previously ideally both would be ideal but i think if i had to chose between both then i'd prefer places rather than style
  7. Anyone know what it went for? it was sitting at ?205 the last i saw
  8. It was in Fridays courier that an offer was on the table and Adam was considering it. Really really really hope he signs it, he has been exceptional this season and proving all his doubters wrong.

  14. i was delighted to see that nick made the squad, even more so that he has marked his debut by scoring. He has made remarkable progress this season and whos to say how far he can go we really need to tie him up to a longer contract as he has a lot to offer our club

  16. i saw that on the highlights, he had a chance late on which went past the post, he drifted passed the defenders like they were statues. great to see
  17. 4 goals in his last 2 SPL games . How could you forget we put 2 past him last week ? when i was typing i was thinking of them getting thrashed in the celtic game and conceding 2 in our game mid-week 13 in his last 3 games then
  18. I certainly hope Levein calls up further replacments, Esson certainly deserves it however it wouldnt suprise me in the slightest if Levein calls up Clangers despite him shipping 11 goals in his last two SPL games
  19. Not much chance of that, here are the replacements: Out: Berra (knee), Burke (groin), G Caldwell (thigh), Dorrans (foot), Gilks (knee), Hutton (groin), Morrison (knee), Naismith (shoulder), Whittaker (knee) In: Bryson, S Caldwell, Crainey, Kenneth, Maloney, Robson

  21. I think our injury situation is still dictating to a huge extent our line ups. By recent media reports, Gillet and Innes are still not suitably recovered to make the team therefore i think our defence pretty much picks itself. The one area where we have the personnel to swap things about is in the midfield and wide areas however the only change i see happening is which player starts out of Morrison, Odhiambo, Sanchez, Cox or Duncan. I cant see Butcher Dropping Foran, Hayes or Rooney unless any one of them are injured. While it would be great to alter our team to try to nullify Hamiltons pacey/strong attack or even freshen things up i dont think Butcher has much choice than to stick with something similar to last nights line-up. I think Morrison is still learning at this level and hopefully Cox will be back as i feel Cox and Duff could provide a sound defensive midfield partnership which would allow Ross and Foran to play further up the park. Really cant stand Hamilton and especially Reid. He has his players trying every trick in the book trying to influence the ref and have never seen such an anti-football playing team as they do. Their timewasting, diving and bending of every rule in the book infuriates me so much Really hope we get stuck right in and give them a doing

  24. Suprised by a complete and utter lack of knowledge of our probable team. It would take a researcher less than ten seconds to look at last weeks line-up and replicate. This McCain chap sounds good, heard when we signed him that he was cheap as chips
