Highland Derbies Next Season
In all seriousness I feel sorry for RC with their relegation today ......

Morton -V- Inverness CT
Well, an absolutely incredible run to finish the season that nobody could have predicted considering our early season form. The cup win seems to have instilled a belief and confidence in the team that was lacking early on? That and a huge improvement in discipline beginning around the same time (especially Vigurs!) If we can somehow keep this squad together things could be looking up for next season. Thanks Inverness C Thistle it's been a rollercoaster as usual but what would we do without you?

Well said ! It all seems very childish, thumbing of noses and saying "I know something you don't know "

Inverness CT -V- Dunfermline
For 15mins in the second half we were on fire but that 3rd goal just wouldn't come and we paid the price with that last gasp equaliser. Ultimately our early season form left us with just a bit too much to do. Credit to all the players for the recent winning run though, they've been immense! Hope we can keep this squad together for another title push next season. Sad to say I don't expect we will and some will leave. Special mention to Higginbotham, I think?, who decided it would be a good idea to slam the ball into the home fans in the north stand after dunfermline's opening goal! Scummy wee nyaff!

Inverness CT -V- St Mirren
In all honesty we should've been 4-0 down by half time but Ridgers pulled out save after save to keep us in it and more than deserved his motm. We improved greatly second half though with Oakley seeing and winning more of the ball. Liked Calder's directness when he came on too. Two good goals from Warren and Polly, and unlucky not to sneak a winner. Yet again we're all talking about the referee....his 'performance' today was disgusting! Something really needs done about the standard of refereeing in this country.

A truly awful game of football where it got to the stage I was willing either team to score just so I could go home! Fitting that Tremarco got the winner considering his last Final appearance and kudos to young McKay who made an impact when he came on. Hope he's signed up on a very long term contract!

CLUB STATEMENT : AGM & Annual Report : 23/11/17
There's no question that Tullochs have come to the club's rescue on more than one occasion, but, as a fairly successful business, it's highly unlikely that they've squandered millions on ICT without ample recompense. Far from decrying them I'm intrigued as to their intentions for future development of the car parks. I'd like to think (dream) that it would involve relocation of the stadium to a new 7500 capacity purpose built mini-tynecastle type facility ?.....however unlikely a scenario that is !!!!

Inverness CT -V- Morton
I thought we had loaned out Baird, yet it appeared Brad McKay was playing for Morton the day! Cost us with his mistake for the first goal but he made at least another couple of errors that could and should've seen Morton further ahead. We were second to every loose ball and lacked the desire and energy that Morton showed. They deserved their 3 points, no doubt about that! We improved slightly for a spell in the second half, going 4-4-2 with Austin coming on after half time. Alas it turns out he's made of glass and lasted all of 20 minutes!!! It's a bizarre situation that sees the club emergency loaning a striker to another club in our same league whilst said club can see us off comfortably on our own patch without him ????? Don't despair though the playoffs are still in our sights ........the relegation playoffs that is!???

The Social Club
Not entirely. Its location isn't convenient for me at all. The Thistle Club had a much more attractive location, and certainly no sectarian tunes on the jukebox!

Think I've been in the place twice. If that's the kind of establishment it is I'm not surprised folk stay away!

Significant Milestone for ICTFC as Tulloch Agrees Transfer of Stadium Lease
To be fair that's probably one of the most informative statements the club has ever released, so hats off to the board for that. Up until now it's always appeared to be a bit smoke and mirrors as to how the club's debt vanished......now we know. I'm intrigued now as to Tulloch's plans for development of the car parks? Possibly a win-win situation for both Tulloch and ICT at the end of the day. The club now has a tangible valuable asset once again, and Tulloch look set to be financially rewarded with the future development of their car parks.

If Tullochs have secured the leasehold from their dealings with ICT, I would suggest they've already done extremely well out of them. How can the board negotiate hard when they have nothing to bargain with?

Any value from me having Caley and Thistle match Bookets before the merge of the two clubs?
Keep them! Having traded a lot of jags programmes and memorabilia over the years the only things that make good money are shirts and centenary booklets. Sad to say I wouldn't trust the club to look after any pre merger memorabilia....they can't even look after / respect the traditional red and black colours of jags ! Edit to say that, if press reports are to believed, they can't even look after their leasehold of the stadium lands !

A couple more. As others have said above, I'd like to express my personal thanks to 'the rave' . That semi-final left-back to right-back goal is something I'll remember forever!!!! We're probably seeing the end of an era with his exit but he'll never be forgotten. Honourably and thankfully, unlike others , he's not whoring himself over the bridge. Cheers Dave and all the best.

Inverness CT -V- St Mirren
After dominating the first half, and should've been ahead at half time, we turned in a pretty abysmal second half performance, I thought, and SM strolled it. That said, and as others have mentioned above, that was absolutely the most inept refereeing 'performance' I have ever witnessed . If that is the standard of referee we can expect at this level I despair. What's the point in paying to watch a football match only to have the experience ruined by the referee? Bring back the foreign referees please! One more thing.....how is that excuse for a pundit Chick Young still in employment at the BBC? His post match summary was a joke. Does my licence fee really go towards paying f€@s like him wages!!!

Jake Mulraney
Aye, well taken goal it was too.... here's hoping this is what we can look forward to him doing in an ICT shirt ?

Inverness CT -V- Dunfermline
Well that was enjoyable.....(although the standside linesman did his best to try and ruin it) ! First time I can say that about a home game for a long time. Thought we bossed the first half, apart from a mistake from McKay when dunfermline should have equalised. Second half was more even but we still created the best of the chances and should've scored again. Polworth and Baird nearly came to blows after the former was rightly aggrieved at the latter's failure to leave the ball to him for a tap in. However they kissed and made-up 5mins later. I felt we improved once Oakley replaced Baird up front. Him and Bell (who fully deserved his motm award) look a good pairing. Onwards and upwards MTJ.

The Pronunciations Thread
Owain is wrong. It's definitely pronounced Tudor and here's the proof .........
