Do people not believe Roy MacGregor is a multi millionaire and regularly supports county with a 7 figure sum . Last year he wrote off 1 million . Previous year funded the relaying of the pitch to tune of 400 k. Ask anyone in the know at county and they will confirm that . With 1m extra for Ictfc every year what a team we would have .regretfully we can only continue to support and enjoy our " wee team" until a seriously ex pat multi millionaire football fanatic comes along The solution is obvious.......merge !

Agreed. Just at the weekend I had someone say to me they were wanting to go to the final but thought they'd never get tickets now because they'd left it so late !!!! I of course put them right but how many other folk are thinking the same thing? Come 3pm on the 30th everyone will know exactly how many tickets have been sold so why the secrecy?

Good to see Flora finally got her scarf

** UPDATE ** Passed by the eagle again this morning and said scarf is now tied around the eagle's neck. Great job to whoever managed that !! Poor Flora's still looking for her scarf !

Driving along Sir Walter Scott Drive today I noticed someone has tied an ICT scarf to the feet of the eagle at the roundabout near Harry Ramsdens. I think, in the run up to the Scottish Cup Final, it should be mandatory that all statues in Inverness must be adorned with the red and blue shirts and scarves of ICT !

I trust there's a large stock of beachballs for sale ! B-)

Surely this is just a bureaucratic exercise ? There's no way that anyone could prove that Meekings deliberately handled the ball.....unless of course those that run Scottish football have now added mind-reading to their long list of talents !!

Bought two for myself and the wee man today. I can vouch that they are indeed excellent quality and would go as far to say that it's the best scarf the club has ever produced.

That's an understatement they did not react at all. If the club is fined for the incident it is the stewarding provider that should be paying it! The taller of the two invaders ran onto the pitch, scored a goal then ran all the way across to the corner flag ( where all stewards were standing) jumped the wall, ran past the stewards, think he might have given them a wee wave on the way past, then presumably made his escape via one of the open gates out the ground? The shorter invader did the same but this time one steward decided to tackle him and managed to detain him. Yet, as I witnessed last season, when some very young inverness fans bang on the advertising boards at the back of the north stand to try to drum up some atmosphere they're immediately pounced on by a steward telling them to stop! It's quite unbelievable really. I expect the club pay a vast amount of money for the provision of stewards but I certainly don't feel it's money well spent! I think us fans would do a better job of policing ourselves. Imho stewarding is one of the main factors contributing to the ever decreasing scottish football attendances these days.

Agreed. Not quite as bad as the last one but another top that is more redolent of Rangers than ourselves. Replacing that white stripe with a black one would have made all the difference. Agree with all above. A black stripe in the middle, instead of white, and I would've been happy with it. As it stands the middle stripe makes the shirt look like a newco shirt or an advert for colgate! Is the blue on the socks a different shade from that of the shorts and shirt?
