There are loads of pubs on Belmont Street in the centre of town a couple of minutes walk from the bus / train station.
  2. I got the footage of the SPFL YouTube site with an app on my iPad called RecordMyScreen. Found the video last night. Reason I ask is because you can see me and the folk I was with jumping around like a bunch of nutters!
  3. After the Mckay goal you can see me jumping about like a mad idiot. I haven't seen that footage where did you get that? I was wondering how long it will be until you get some jumped up steward trying to take your phone / camera off you when you are filming the game.
  4. I think the players knew that they hadn't been playing that well. Terry mentioned it in an interview that he asked the players to stick their hands up if they thought they had had a good game and apparently none of them did. Also, Mckay seemed to be somewhat isolated up front for parts of the game. There wasn't much support from the centre of midfield which is where I feel we really miss Andrew Shinnie.

    Nah its too far away.

Well that's a bit crap. So they've changed some games then waited a bit and then changed some more? What a joke. Why didn't they change all the ones they had to at the same time? Now I'm left with worthless train tickets for the original date. Pretty hacked off.

On the way back from Kilmarnock and I've just been told that our home match v Partick has been switched to Sunday 20th October. When did this happen? I thought our only fixture change was the Highland Derby match. #Fizzing
  8. I'll be there. Long day travelling from Aberdeen but I'll make it nonetheless. Brill Raven Warren Meekings G.Shinnie Draper Foran Doran Vincent Ross McKay
  9. Pat Mustard?
  10. Wouldn't surprise me to see the Celtic game brought forward to a 12:30 kick off and the County game moved to the 2nd for a similar kick off time.
  11. Anelka has cost his clubs upwards of £90 million in transfer fees alone.
  12. I was getting the train back to Aberdeen after the match and there were a fair few Hearts fans on it. One lad was smashed and started singing about Bobby Sands and asking if he would like a chicken supper. He got off at Elgin and fell onto the platform.

    I like Dornoch. Lovely place.
  14. They still run buses from the station to the stadium don't they? I wonder if a more frequent, or at least additional, few buses would be helpful to get people out there. I seem to recall that the buses leave around 14:15 which might be a bit too early for some people.
  15. I don't think that will have been a particularly weighty consideration when determining the proposal for the new stadium especially given the fact that there was a new access road and paths to the ground. Not disputing that some people won't go along by the harbour / under the bridge though and it would be nice to have some kind of underpass / subway. However, I would wager that one of the positive reasons for building it so close to the A9 is that the stadium is well served by major trunk routes nearby so it is, or rather should be, easy to get to the ground. i see that yet again you have failed to back up your argument regarding season tickets which isn't much of a surprise to be fair. I'm not claiming that we do have more season ticket holders than Ross County. You made a claim that they have more season ticket holders than us and if you make such a claim then you need to be prepared to back it up if you are challenged on it which you still seem unable to do. Have you actually got any numbers that prove your point or are you just going to rely on guesswork?
  16. Why was it a ludicrous decision? While you are here maybe you can answer my season ticket sales at Ross County? I'd be very interested in seeing the basis for your argument which, given how long it's been now, must be looking absolutely fantastic.
  17. Hopefully St. Mirren so we are spared having to watch that brute Goodwin ever again. Hibs look rancid as well.
  18. I hope the club builds a fourth stand just for me. The rest of you peasants can sit with each other but I demand my own dedicated stand.
  19. Has someone from OTB gotten a bit bored and decided to venture over here for a wee while?
  20. You'd think but McHattie lost his appeal against his bizarre red card for tackling Zola the other week.
  21. This thread is magnificent!
  22. I don't think it's anything to do with the club and I would suggest you raise this with Transport Scotland.
  23. The adult prices are in line with a lot of other SPL clubs but the concession prices are daft. I know we have the Family Section there though.
  24. The Dundee fans are fizzing. Usual guff about playing a team with no away support.
