While under contract, both the club and player must agree a transfer and terms of transfer. Unless of course its ICT and they are leaving the country and then all negotiations and mud slinging are done in the press. Edit to add:- Are all the court proceedings not recorded? And if so should it not be possible for us to read the transcript? Can one of our learned friends enlighten me please.

unfortunately football is in decline due mainly to television giving too much choice to consumers. some football maybe on the decline,but some is also on the up,strathspey have been getting over 200+at every home game,and thats with a losing side,i bet if/when they start winning the crowds will increase more If you wish to be taken seriously, get serious.

so you trying to tell me dowling knew nothing about the clubs rent going un payed for 3 years? i bet he was the 1st to know and didnt let on in the hope the council would write it of and forget it How could they pay the rent when they didn't know how much was due or when?

Is it in the interests of the people of Inverness to evict a football club and build more tinky tower blocks? true but why should dowlings arrogance get away with being blind to the debt yet again What arrogance is that? The council have given them the runaround for years, not making a decision on the ground rent. Why do you single out Dowling?

My initial advise is to update your current skill sets in IT because in a couple of years time you'll be kicking yourself for walking away from it. You could also go to college and study Quantity Surveying, that course opens up lots of career options and they're all well paid. Site manager in construction industry, surveyor in property markets, clerk of works in local authority, architectural technician, etc., etc.. I believe you can do it at the Elgin Campus too but I'm not 100% sure.
