  1. Well if that was propotionate goodness knows how they treat real criminals? Still no reply from Hibs by the way.
  2. I emailed hibs yesterday at the address provided by the fams on hibs.net and have not received a reply. I explained in the email that I would not be returning to ER unless this was sorted out.My only concern with this action however would be that OUR team clearly appreciate our support especially at away games. It is not a cheap day out to attend away days in the spl but normally they are really good days out and Saturday was no different except for the stewards/police being determined to spoil it.
  3. All crackers but think Mccanns and Duncans are both as good as Imries. But then Im biased
  4. LG will email later. I would especially like to highlight the atitude of the female steward.
  5. yeh but it would have to be part time for IHE. He can only manage to say in situ for 45 mins these days at the games!
  6. Unbelievable. Still cant quite believe the stewarding yesterday. The woman steward with the glasses was just a jumped up little jobsworth in my opinion. She told the lads along from me that if they answered her back in anyway ie asked for clarification they would be ejected. I thought we lived in a free country. Then on her way back along the line she told highlandexile to "let her past" even though she had just told everyone to sit down. So we all have to stand up and let her past but not at any other times. by the second half the steward at the end of my row looked about 15 and couldnt even say bo to a goose. As for the catcalling at the stewards well by that time it was no more than they deserved. no fun anymore in football and wont be in a hurry to pay Hibs FC ?46 for the "pleasure" of being treated like something on someones shoe. good on the Hibs fans for sticking up for us nice one lads!
  7. Many congrats to the happy family, what a lovely pic!
  8. Dan I think thats the one Andy meant
  9. As much as Im enjoying the wind ups on this thread come on folks! Surely there is room in the ICT church for both the family section (probably the future section G singers) and the Section G boys.
  10. Fab Fab Fab. Cant wait to join in the gathering now!
  11. I think the point is being lost here. Fact the lads at section G create the only atmosphere present at the TCS and this encourages others to join in. Fact - section G is beside the family section who are as entitled to their seats in the north stand as anyone else. Fact most parents agree that swearing is part and parcel of football culture and will excuse it. However a lot of us who are not sweetie rustlers or part of the section G gang were not comfortable with some of the chanting on saturday towards Imrie (even if he is a prat). As we are all supporting the same cause ie the team i think the snipping has to stop and a little compromise reached then nearly everyone can be happy eh. Well except some who think you should sit dumb at the matches but thats another story lol.
  12. Oh no! Really dont want to know things like this.
  13. I know but not the draw many of us would have picked.
  14. Oh help! Not good news at all.
  15. Not so sure about that. I may be wrong but I've a feeling that the club agree a fee at the start of the contract and that any profit over and above that goes to Linley's. In other words, the club gets paid no matter how much is sold. I normally go for my pie before the game or during the first half. I went to the south stall at the west side on saturday. One lass took the pie out of the oven, one poured the coke and a third took the cash. The forth stared into space. How I wish I was their supervisor. Exactly as I see it Alex! Its ok everyone saying dont use it/eat before the match but this does not excuse crap service to the fans. Its about time someone at the club took a look at this. I know folk from the club read the site so its not like they dont know what is going on. I know the prices will never reduce but surely the service is something that CAN be sorted.
  16. Scotty as you state Mr Imrie is certainly not everyones cup of tea - hes not my cup of tea lately either. However I was embarrassed at some of the chanting on saturday which was right beside the family section in a family orientated club (rightly or wrongly before someone comes on about the family club bit). It was also reported on extensively by the press and now we are all tarred with the same brush.
  17. No van last saturday. I did as 12th man suggested and used the servery in the bar before kick off. However, when this firm won the contract it was stated that they were experts in events catering and could get people served quickly. I just think they are dead slow stop myself. They seem to have plenty staff but no organisation.
  18. Think timing had something to do with him going really. We didnt really see ourselves as promotion candidates/certainties at the time and I think the thought of getting some money for him sold it at the time. He also got to play back in the spl and probably thought we were destined to another season in div 1.
  19. Would be happy to chip in also
  20. Agree RIG I think we all expect Rooney to be A1 every week and we all have our off days.

Dunno think revenge could be sweet! About time we beat these timewasting cheeting f.........rs!
  22. Showed his maturity level today me thinks esp at the final whistle.
  23. MOM decided by a sponsor who has been entertained in hospitality ie with alcohol. Enough said eh!
  24. Really teeded off to tbh but really just a day to forget. As already stated like groundhog day - had forgotten how much I hate hamilton and their time wasting and oscar acting performances. Tjought Imrie was a bit ott at the end to the north stand but lets see who has the last laugh Dougie eh. think we could have played till now and not scored today and unfortunately a lot of the guys picked today to have an off day. Really only Esson Rossco Hayes and Ross get any pass marks at all. ref was rubbish but we shouldnt have to depend on that really. Roll on Easter Road in 2 weeks/
  25. Dunno if we'd do any better but at least we'd get a trip abroad!
