  1. Same as caley d only ever caley/ict for me too. However I would welcome any new fans to join us. Don't care who they previously supported would be delighted if they changed to supporting their local team.
  2. Alex at pitodrie there were no police inside the stadium at the end of last season. It was. Declared a minimal risk fixture. When we went back this season police were back.
  3. Lizi he used to sit behind us at the back of section e so must have moved when the boys moved over. He is a total pain.
  4. Good ideas on prices so far. Any ideas to improve other areas such as atmosphere ?
  5. Enjoyed the new look match report. What is it with the Foran bashing? At least he looked like he cared unlike others.
  6. There just not the money about. Its too expensive and thats the bottom line!
  7. Hi all posted this as a new topic and Iike this to be a POSITIVE discussiion please. All week there have been posting about the lack of ticket sales, atmosphere etc when we are at home so I wondered if we could come up with ideas to improve things and maybe the club will pick some of them up. To start the ball rolling what about having a NEW club song written that the players could come out onto the park to. We keep seem to chop and change all the time yesterday I think we were back to "Dont stop believing" and have had such as "Bonanza" in recent weeks. Secondly I dont like to criticise anyone doing therir best but the stadium announcer sounded like he was working at a funeral yesterday. Not exactly crowd raising and last week he couldnt even pronouce our players names correctly. I beleve even Terry commented out loud yesterday about his tone. When our own Caley D was doing the announcing he used to try different things to get the crowd going such as doing the announcing from the pitch etc Surely something like this could be tried again. Someone on another thread suggested a pipe band as an idea so I bet between us we have plenty more. We have lots of members on here who dont live in Inverness so have you seen any good ideas at other stadiums foir instance? Well what does everyone else think!
  8. To be fair I think some north standers move to the main stand when both stands are priced the same.
  9. Has this not been discussed to the death on the ticket thread?
  10. Well said Luke think some folk need to get a grip.
  11. Dont know the answer sorry but the forecast for tomorrow is rain and gales not frost.
  12. Sorted surely if you go for the football with the wee one option then you are giving the club fans for the future which the club will surely need. I can assure you that my sky package for a month or a family ticket with popcorn is much cheaper than a family ticket for this game! Agree with Caley D that the family section offers great value to families for season tickets and I think thats how folk maybe find the cup prices hard to jsutify in comparison.
  13. Buying one ticket at £20/15 seems ok at face value but for a family of 4 thats £70 plus travel (we dont all live in Inverness you know), food etc. In the current economic climate I think folk are voting with their feet. Of course you can sit at home and watch it on the telly for nowt and on speaking to a lot of folk on saturday I think thats what a lot are having to do. may not be a popular point of view but personally would have rathered that it had been priced at £10 for kids, £15 oaps/students and maybe £22/23 for adults.Crowds at home games seem to be going down and down and something has got to be done thats for sure. Took the bus down to the stadium on saturday and could overhear a lot of moans about this. I can see where the club are coming from here economically but agree with Caley D that perhaps we are at the point of the more harm than good scenario. Slightly off topic but Parkhead is the only away game we dont even think about going to because of the prices. £26 each for me and a 16yr old still at school and then £17 for a child plus travel and food is far too expensive for 90 mins entertainment.
  14. The only one starting " silly rumours " is Butcher ! I think this is all coming from the press! Hope they dont get any ideas. In TBs defence the papers have had stories on the go this week and think he is just replying to the speculation.
  15. There is a shop at the top of Church St that has the frames in the window. Think they were £60 and would assure that you have to do the placing of shirt yourself for this price. I suppose they probably would do it for you for a cost. Hope this helps.
  16. Ha ha tade and gillet must be in on it too! I think it was shame sutherland that hooked a lot of folk on Wednesday.
  17. We won't know for sure till announced officially. However this time the tweets seem simcere unlike the other day.when.a lot of folk got the totally wrong end of the stick. I would rather he had stayed BTW
  18. It appears he's already left Alex. The players are tweeting that he has gone.
  19. Going to be wearing number 20 apparently. Also tweets that he is going to try and help the club achieve top 6.
  20. Maybe because of whats about to come re the tax case?
  21. This topic is doing my "head" in!
