  1. Re the walk would it maybe be possible for the less fit amongst us to maybe so smaller distances say 5-10 miles maybe in a relay type walk? That would maybe enable more folk to take part.
  2. Guzz have paid for 2 shares by paypal. In the first transaction I remembered to put old caley girl in the box but not in the second so hope you can figure out they are both from me. thanks a lot.
  3. Ross has been a great servant to ICT but as this is an important contract for him personally is right (in my opinion) to consider all options. I am surprised that these two are not being offered more than 1 yr deals. Would prefer to see them signed up for at least 2yrs. Just wish they would sign and then we can get on with looking forward to see who is coming in.
  4. You have to wonder about this one. hearts are clearly living above their means and are deep in debt. Aberdeen wouldnt meet his wage demands so goodness knows how Hearts are. must be cause they have an owner with a bank! Maybe Steven Pressley had a point after all.
  5. Gretna and Livvi may have bought short term success but look at them now so dont think their model is one to follow. Also Dundee will no doubt be challenging for the championship but I think Falkirk, Queens, Dunfermline and County may also feel they are in with a good shout. To think Dundee are a shoe in for the title after what just happened is very arrogant and shows that nothing has been learned.
  6. R.I.P. I dont think we should jump to conclusions about what happened here. rescues on mt Everest are notorously difficult and Im sure no one would have taken the decision to abandon him easily.
  7. wont be on my list of must go to away games either.
  8. Well done Butch and Roo.....ney! However, i also fail to see how the team that finished 5th over the season could be the team of the year.
  9. Really really want Esson to resign but if not well Tuffey would be an ok replacement.didnt think Terry would have mike Fraser back either.
  10. good news. Wish they would hurry up and get the others sorted.
  11. Just back from the service as well Charles. what a great turnout for one of the good guys. Saw old Caley, Jags and Clach faces who were there to honour an old friend. thought Hugh Crout did very well with his tribute and it was lovely that all his Caley club friends came in with the family because to Hamish they were all part of his family. Will be missed.
  12. And he did buy you a drink in the caley club too, so all round good guy! That was only because I was with important people like yerself and Old Caley Girl :D Gosh thank you. Never been called important before!lol
  13. A bit harsh perhaps. Although the numbers being asked to move are small I think folk just want to be offered a seat of the same quality as the one they had before. I realise the club is between a rock and a hard place on this and that some supporters will have to compromise when negotiating a move of seat.
  14. Well if you find out the prices let us all know.
  15. These will be in the letter and also announced on Friday at 9am as noted in the posting on the official site ...... be patient, only 36 hours until you find out !!! got my letter and guess what still not prices just a very long letter with instructions about how to renew through mfr website. We received 3 letters - 1 for me and 1 ezch for the kids all have different client no when I think we had 1 between us previously.to get the credit you need a different form also downloadable or form the club. There is no mention or any ohter way to buy your ticket if you cant use a computer but I assume you can buy direct from the club.No mention of friday as the launch date either.Oh well nothing is ever simple then is it?
  16. Recent favs include Dundee Fc champions ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha and sit down for the champions (Ayr) and also youre just too good to be true Im so in love with you..... I love you Caley (80s pop song brings back memories)
  17. I think there are another 2 catagories as well. no1 is folk who have moved into the area and want to see a game and will probably support ict most of the time but will watch county from time to time. Before anyone jumps down my throat I am aware this is not everyone who has moved here and in fact some of our staunchest (not sure if Ive spelt that right!) are new folk to the highlands/inverness. then there is folk like me who have supported Caley, in my case, or Thistle in others since they were young, through the highland league and through the merger and ICT is still that team just in a different form.I never had a big team so Caley/ict were not my wee team they were and always will be my team.So the rivalries have been around for a long time so would perhaps go to hampden as a neutral and enjoy the day but would not actively support pur near neighbours. My life is not absorbed by hatred and as previously stated each to their own but I personally would not have gone and supported county but could have perhaps enjoyed a good day out as a neutral wantching the game.there is also a difference between banter and hatred sorted.
  18. stan phone Emma at the stadium and Im sure she'll point you in the right direction. Sorry havent got number to hand but look on the club site and Im sure youll find it.
  19. me too but its all over and done with now.
  20. Normal service is now resummed!
  21. Im in the opposite camp. I didnt want them to win yesterday for various reasons but would love spl derbies. I can see there woudl be downsides to this as expressed above but it would be good to have more games locally instead of always in the central belt. The media would hate having to come up to the highlands even more often too.
  22. They may be in the division below us but dont kid yourself they are our rivals. First and foremost for business support and then for community support and for bums on seats. Kids who have enjoyed this cup run will potentially go back and watch them next season, regardless of what division we are in and drag their parents with them. As I have already stated each to their own and folk can support who they want today but I still dont get it.
  23. Its not supporting Untd that is the issue. I think some folk would feel the same regardless of who the other team were playing our rivals. I just dont get why folk want to support our rivals. Sorry. Not questioning the loyalty just dont get it.
  24. Agreed. and just for the record I do wish it was us.
