couldn't disagree more... Hastings has been solid for us and you can still see him improving. If you compare him to other left backs round the country, we should be happy to have such a consistent performer. I think his fitness levels are a major factor of his play so hopefully he'll be at the club for years to come.

Hart was one of the major reasons the team finished so strongly towards the end of last season. Most papers gave him motm last week after only playing 45 minutes, he looked very sharp and changed the whole shape of the team. He gave a performance that definately merited a first team place, I just hope that Christie picked up on it!!

Broonie Tokely Dods Munro Hastings Wilson Hart McBain Rankin Dargo Bayne We really have been struggling in the centre of the park of late, so time for some experienced players to come in and show the young boys how it is done. I'd like to see Rankin on the left wing, maybe from lack of options but also because he has a good cross and has showed against St Mirren he can deliver a telling pass. If Wyness gets straight back into the team I will be very surprised and a bit annoyed, after the amount of work Bayne has put in he deserves a vote of confidence from Christie, since he has come back into the team he has looked extremely lively and I can see him bagging a goal or 2 in the near future

yes both included

I've had to work that out during a half an hour lunch so if someone wants to verify it.... Sandy, Midge55, Bozo?? Some difference in points!!! 42 - 29 = 13!!!

na your talking 5hite :016: I agree with you about trying Rankin out wide, he seems to have a cracking cross and good technique, I'd go: Wilson Black McBain Rankin in future but Hart in for Black over the next few weeks

We need a good support for Midden... I'm not having the ******* out singing us!!! Harry a little slap on the wrist - you can't refer to people in general terms like that. I have noticed the time of your post so that might have a bearing on it. :001: We do need to be careful with these comments though.

wooooohooo go on europe!!

This has been an excellent tournament Can't believe Garcia is getting such a thumping though after his performances the last 2 days, European team have been superb the partnerships of Westwood/Clarke & Garcia/Ole have been key I want to go play golf now but it's pi55ing down in Stirling :006:

Killie's view is absolutely spot on... quite surprised tbh!! :010:
-
Poor... but we tried to make some sort of atmosphere although there wasn't alot of us
-
not bad... not bad at all!! I'm sure that record is better than most of the SPL managers keep it up CC but lets try and get some wins under the belt :003: :clapping04: :003: :clapping04:

Have to agree about McCurry, he was awful today and had both managers & fans screaming at him. Good point but it really should have been a win with the amount of chances we made in the second half, their defence was terrible and we really missed out on 2 points by not capitalising. There wont be a worse miss from a player all season... Dargo obviously feeling sorry for his former team. I don't think CC knows what he is doing with his midfield at the moment, and his subs just confuse the **** out of me. If we are gonna start winning matches this is the key area that needs to be sorted. Rankin & Black isn't working, they are both too similar and end up making the same runs, leaving no one in the centre and we end up playing long ball. The team looked a lot more settled when McBain came into the centre and Hart did his case no harm, he looked extremely sharp for someone that has been sitting on the bench for half the season and even managed to cross with his left foot :010: Broonie Excellent as always with another stunning save... Walter Smith take note!! Rossco Had a decent game, solid enough but waisted the ball occasionaly Dods Solid at the back but had a hard game against Nish Munro Not his best performance by a long shot, he had a stronger second half but I'm sure he wont be too happy with the way he played Hastings Potential Motm for me, was solid all game and made some crucial challenges and got forward whenever possible Wilson Strong second half performance and looked dangerous whenever he got the ball McBain CC if your reading... McBain is not a winger!!! He looked lost whenever he was out wide but what a difference when he came into the centre in the second half he should play in the middle from now on!! Rankin Cracking today... worked hard and showed some quality when he had the ball at his feet, needs to get forward whenever possible but if he is going to do that he needs a player covering behind him Black Needs a couple of games on the sideline IMO, he is too eager to get booked and never really produced anything when he had the ball at his feet. He kept moving out of position and leaving the midfield empty. He came close with a shot in the first half and there is no doubting his quality but he hasn't been giving a good account of himself of late. Bayne Was brilliant again today and if Dargo had made more of an effort to get on the end of 1 or 2 of his head flicks the game would have been an easy 3 points. I dont think he deserves to be dropped any time soon, I can see goals coming from Bayne but CC needs to show faith in him when Wyness comes back to full fitness Dargo If he had showed a bit more conviction he could have scored a hattrick of goals today, I don't think he is working as hard as he can.... must do better!! Hart Excellent sub apprearance, gave the team a real lift and showed that we are capable of passsing the ball about and playing some decent football. Deserves a shot in the first team Rory Made a chance for himself and was unlucky not to score after being given only 5 minutes.... I'd like to see how he'd get on given 20 mins to do something!!

Official Site Kevin has been going to ICT games with me and the rest of the lads for many a season.... I will be disgusted if he ends up being banned from TCS I really hope ICT shows some common sense
-
I don't think anyone was actually getting at "who was worse us or them", more the fact that the only real way to gauge the behaviour of fans during a football match is from the opposite supporters. On comparison though how can over celebrating a goal make the news compaired to the sectarian abuse coming from OF Couldn't agree more Really could not care about your opinion of me but I guess you probably would be surprised to see a supporter passionate about his club. I obviously regret being chucked out but not because I got over excited when the team scored...... the whole idea is showing your team that it means something when we score a goal, they are not just playing for their money and so they don't receive criticism from so-called supporters :006: but for the fans that care about the club who are you to pass judgement
-
It was not the police that put forward the complaint but Rocksteady.... so the way to solve this is to get a security company that doesn't feel they have to be so heavy handed and use some common sense when dealing with a minority crowd... and as RIG & Alex have said deal with the real problem and scurge on scottich football, which is the sectarian OF Really annoyed at this but more for the fact that I was ejected from the stadium but nothing more than that, obviously I was out before Kev was ejected so I can't say exactly what he did but if decisions like this are going to be made then at least use some consistency
-
ken denholm :015: :015: Kev is a rag there is no doubting that... but just because he get's excited when his team scores shouldn't constitute a footballing ban
-
:008: :008: :008: All he was doing was protesting that I was thrown out.... complete joke!!
