Tomorrow
Ach I was just having a bit of banter with you because you used were instead of we're. Didn't mean to insult you at all so apologies if I did. As I said before, we look forward to seeing you in the expanded SPL season after next.

Party in the Park
In other words, someone we've never heard of. But please, if it is someone well known, please not MFlcy or any of that rubbish. Hopefully it'll be a real band, who play real instruments. Any ideas? They do play their own instruments, my son says, ahem. Think it's going to be someone famous myself.

Raith Rovers v Dundee Matchday Thread
Pint of Stella for me. Sitting in a Dundee pub just now is somehow making it taste a bit too sweet...

Raith Rovers v Dundee Matchday Thread
Too feckin right. The best team in the league and we should now win it by 12 points at least!

Half-time 0-0. So far so good. Certainly puts paid to any ideas Dundee had about a massive goal difference comeback.

Who are their other subs? Jim Duffy...Bobby Cox...?

Missing the SPL?
A lot of these comments make it sound like we're arithmetically promoted already. We are potentially one draw away from a last day title decider. Lets save this talk for if/when we are actually promoted.

QOTS game
I can't make up my mind if you're being serious or sarcastic??? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say sarcastic.
-
If we beat QOS.
If we beat QOS and Dundee fail to beat Partick then we will only have to win 1 of our remaining 3 games to be champions, due to our vastly superior goal difference. I'm assuming of course that County aren't going to win all 7 remaining matches!
-
Are County and QoS now out of the title push?
I would? Well you are a bit of a pessimest, you would have to admit that, no? Nothing wrong with that though, makes the good times all the sweeter!
-
Are County and QoS now out of the title push?
If I were RIG or SMEE I'd be saying something like, "If QOS beat us on Saturday and win their 3 games in hand then they would only be 4 points behind us." Nah, they're both fecked. Dunfermline's title push is also officially over unless they win all their games, we lose all ours and they overcome a goal difference deficit of 21. It's us or Dundee now.
-
Who Do You Fear?
Think Dundee are well and truly fecked now. Quote tonight from DAFC.net, "We played well, but Dundee were shocking. Their fans must be be seething at the lack of skill & effort shown by them. A team in their position should have shown a bit of passion and effort but looked like they don't want promotion." Dunfermline have hit some half-decent form but probably too little, too late. County and Queens have the games in hand but a hell of a schedule to cope with given their small squads. I'm 80% confident of winning the league now.

A bit of variety please?

11 games to go
Eh? Sorry if i didn't quite explain it properly, I just meant that from our remaining 11 matches, last time around (against all those other clubs earlier in the season at the same grounds) we managed 0 points and we are already 4 points higher than we were last time. As we were beaten by Queens and County both but this time we managed results. Dundee on the other hand are even worse off than last time. Right, I think I get it. But it's pretty irrevelant comparing results now with the same round of games some time ago. Current form is far more important, and on current form Dundee will be lucky to finish 4th, while ICT, County and Dunfermline will be contesting the title. I would have agreed with you if Jocky wasn't sacked but i can't help feel that this could really hurt us now. Nah, I think Dundee are fecked either way. The pressure on their new boss (who will be appointed before Tuesday's games) will be intense. Jose Mourinho couldn't steer Dundee to the title now. The other challengers have the momentum with them, and I see it ending as a straight fight between between ICT and Dunfermline.

Dundee getting the jitters?
Fixed it for you RIG.
-
Dundee getting the jitters?
Yep, so can everyone else apart from Dundee. Well Dundee can be relegated if they finish 9th and lose in the play-offs. :) But I will settle for them finishing 2nd as we go straight back up.
-
Dundee getting the jitters?
Totally agree. That was just a bit of fun really. Still, Dundee have 2 wins from their last 9 games. We have closed the gap on them by 8 points in the last 7 games. I'm probably more worried about County and Dunfermline than I am about Dundee TBH.

Dundee getting the jitters?
Have a look at this. Notice the projected points at season end based on recent form. We romp the league...Dundee to finish 4th :)

The Scotsman Sutherland interview.
So I could buy 28.1% of the club for ?281,000. But 28.1% of what? There doesn't appear to be many assets if the stands are rented out and the land is owned by someone else.
