To be the devils advocate - McGuire could so easily have played against Cellic and if we won he would still be in the side. I would have actually said that we need McGuire more for cover for the central defence than we need Zadi at left back.

Sorry - but Zadi is going to cost us - he had a really shaky first half against Cellic and they played everything down the left - looked good getting in the way - and he performed at home in a blizzard yesterday - I dread to think what is going to happen when it is a good playing surface and he actually has somebody taking him on down the flank.

Yes - Butcher has clearly said that he will play the team and the players in form. Will be interesting to see if he actually sticks to 4-4-2 or reverts to a 4-5-1 ? My only concern is that Proctor and Zadi are still in possession - they are our weak links and they are going to cost us soon. Well - I actually feel fer ya young man but the only answer is patience and perserverance - I cant see what else you acn do in the dog eat dog world of today. The only other thing that impresses me when I am interviewing is that the person has researched the role, the company etc. They have made the effort to read the info etc. and can respond quickly to question asked. Always a plus in my book if ya ask to have a iste visit and ask pertinent questions. That is all very difficult when ya have so many applications on the go. I hope that your efforts will be awarded in the near future but if ya start feeling down and need a listening ear - then give somebody else a shout !!!
