  2. Well believe it or not but I am on call and very sober and have just come back from witnessing a suicide - a Kosovo refugee who was described as a "barmy *****" by the police. And his family openly described themselves as "gypsies" and the tale that they told about getting here brought tears to ma eyes. I really dont want this site to plunge to looking over yer shoulders in political correctness but enuff is enuff.
  3. Thank you fer yer support..but I am an endangered species cos I speak ma mind. :rotflmao: I will PM gerx but all the new posters are stirring the shittt and the Admin are allowing it. And thanks to Govan Jeggie for his support as everybody else appears to be taking a back seat.
  4. WOW - Am I a target or wot ?? And the admin are letting it go - and even the Wanderer ? Looks like old IHE is on the way out (NOT :crazy07:). caleyon up is obviously a plant from the board and gerx13 is on the bandwagon. Lets see what an abuse call on these persons does. !! :rotflmao:
  5. I will second that an a Marius hat-trick will have those with money dancing in the bars of Bucharest.
  6. You are nothing but a shittt stirring troublemaker young Jeggie. I will be keeping a close eye on you in future. I am just making up a new song - what rhymes with Romany ?
  7. Come on Chris - dont sit on the fence - did Marius take your breath away ?
  8. Almost CD - Drop the passengers yesterday - Bazza and Niculae - go 4-5-1 - put Cowie in the middle and play Deano and Rankin wide.
  9. "DAVID - COME HOME"
  10. It could well be an incentive for the players. Only Niculae has the recent experience of struggling with a bottom of the table Premier side.
  11. Jhesus - the last thing Marious needs is a break after all his injury worries. Are you all inacapable of reading between the lines. " I have been disappointed with Marius as he has come nowhere near my expectations as yet. He is getting highly paid and should be performing AND entertaining at a higher rate. He came here as a fallen pro with a background of significant international potential. He came here to prove that he can play in that arena again. He is obviously a very talented individual but he aint set my heather on fire in the least. People keep on saying - "give him time" - With Brew on board that time has now probably been elongated." I am also trying to point out that he may be more cautious and/or take more time to get fit due to his past injuries. You however CANNOT compare Niculae with Rankin. :018:
  12. I have waved my wand in the Nairn Beach Pavilion :001: Could we not have put Deano on yesterday instead of Wyness or Rankin. Brew went with what he knew. If Deano is up to it he will be in the thinking soon enuff.
  13. Possible reasons for Niculae's slow progress ?? "His injury problems began with reconstructive surgery to his left knee, and he still has two pins in his right foot after a Wayne Rooney-esque fracture of his fifth metatarsal. " "No7 has been far from lucky for Niculae. Since joining Sporting, he has been bedeviled by injuries. On 22 December 2001, he received a knock to his left knee which was only resolved after surgery and seven months on the sidelines. Then he began to pick up injuries in his right foot, missing several months of last season. He was sent back home to recuperate this summer, but the injuries persist." From Sporting Lisbon fans - Soccerpulse.com: Hmm it's been a while now since he was in Portugal...he came in under Laszlo Boloni. He was a good finisher, powerful. I think he would suit the Scottish game, put it that way. He didn't always look technically adept enough in the Portuguese league but he was respected. He was a nice player but failed to live up to expectations.... He is VERY injury prone and failed to stay healthy for any long period of time.... If he has fond a way to stay on the field he could do well for you but if he has not expect him to look nice on the bench lol Yeah I remember him being at Sporting but sadly for the wrong reasons. He was always injured...
  14. Somebody give the man the clap. :clapping03: :clapping03:
  15. To be fair it did look like some contact had been made but he just tried to over elaborate the tumble. Feck me MEE he's not even in the same international diving bracket as Juanjo was !! :rotflmao:
  16. I have to concede that I havent seen Deano play apart from a worthless 10 minutes at Muvversmell - but we were crying out fer pace up front yesterday. I suspect that Brew needs to look at him more closely as well - is it just me but could Deano do with the Brew training. He looks really top heavy andif he lost some weight from his thighs he may well motor. And what about Watt - the new John Terry ?
  17. More like the old Caff yesterday but clearly in pain with a back injury. Its down to McGuire or Watt fer ParkDread I fear.
  18. Did you mean to type Niculae Chris - or were you not THAT drunk ?
  19. SP - the first man to get my drift - I have been disappointed with Marius as he has come nowhere near my expectations as yet. He is getting highly paid and should be performing AND entertaining at a higher rate. He came here as a fallen pro with a background of significant international potential. He came here to prove that he can play in that arena again. He is obviously a very talented individual but he aint set my heather on fire in the least. People keep on saying - "give him time" - With Brew on board that time has now probably been elongated. Wanderer - How the feck did ya get back to China so quickly ? :001: Marius, Wilson, McGuire, Wyness and Watt can all benefit from the Brew regime - especially Marius. As SP also pointed out it is games like ParkDread that Marius has come to Scotland to play him. On paper we should go there as a 4-5-1 and Brew is the 1 at the moment. If he plays Marius then it is another definite Cometh the Man scenario.
  20. The defence rests - on the banana I mean not the Messiah.
  21. You will be glad to know that I worked on York Ward in 1977. :001:
  22. OK - in that case I shouted Banana. :rotflmao: We need a feckin picture of the **** though. And there is also only one i in Shiels.
  23. You have feckin caught me out. Me and Govan Jaggie were in feckin front of Niculae when Brew sliced the final shot.
  24. I think I have discovered a new psychological phenomena called the Marius Complex - it produces a form of blind adulation in which the perceptions of the individuals involved are unconciously altered and the brain washing of hype, hysteria and hero worshipping cloud all sense of critical judgement. As fer me - when he plays well I will adulate - it is just that he still does not come over as an international, an exceptional talent - he is about feckin average so far.
  25. Have you got a Marius Complex. By the way it was Brew who screwed th shot wide although Marius was watching from ten yards further back.
