  1. Only one song for me on 1st May - Going Home: the theme from Local Hero. The Toon run out to it every home game. There's just something about that song......
  2. Much appreciated Elgindee - very sporting and that's how football should be. All the best to your team for next season. ;) :015: :015:
  3. Chick Young.
  4. Aye, congratulations to all involved at the TCS, both on and off the field. Great achievement for our team.
  5. Absolutely fantastic night for the team and the club. What an achievement by all involved. Can't put into words just how happy I feel tonight !!!!! WOOHOO right enuff !!! :021: :drinking09: :drinking09: :drinking09: :party01: :party01: :party01: :party01: :party01:
  6. Falkirk - I've a long memory. :026:
  7. I would like to add my congratulations to the team, both on the field and off it. If all goes well over the next fortnight and we return to the SPL this is a major achievement and a credit to all involved at the TCS. Division 1 is a very tough league and a return to the SPL after just one season is a very special moment in the history of ICT. Very well done.
  8. Great result for us - great fans, great afternoon, great team, great manager. Just great ! :allhail: :) :021: :021: :021:
  9. Hoping to go.
  10. North Tonight is just a complete joke as far as football coverage is concerned - last night's edition being only the latest example. If it's not Aberdeen, Dundee United or St Johnstone then you can forget any decent or comprehensive coverage. ICT, County or Dundee never get even a passing mention. As for the Highland League, it's not on their radar. PATHETIC !
  11. Raith for the Cup ! MON RAITH !
  12. Excellent post-match analysis.
  13. One thing the County result yesterday has done is put football outwith Central Scotland on the map and made some people (particularly in the media) sit up and take note. Whether this continues or they fall back into their weegie centric coverage is quite another matter altogether.
  14. Glen Mhor posted a topic in Caley Thistle
I wonder if yesterday's game at Palmerston might merit a mention in the STV News on Monday night. Their coverage of ICT's successful run lately has been dreadful. All they're interested in or can be bothered covering is Aberdeen, Dundee Utd and St. Johnstone. No doubt their victory at Hampden will be covered but it'll be interesting to see how much coverage ICT get. :022:
  15. I saw TB's passion for the cause on Tuesday night at Cappielow and yesterday was just further evidence. I totally believe that he believes ! COME ON THE CALEY JAGS !
  16. Aye, a great result for us after a sticky start. The support was great yesterday afternoon - no wonder Terry and the boys came over to applaud us after the game. We are their 12th man no mistake. We should be making no claims to the title and SPL status yet - we must never get over confident at this stage. One thing for sure is we and the other competing teams have made the 1st Division title race far more exciting and interesting that the totally dull SPL title race. A cracking afternoon for football too - these are the conditions ideal for playing a game. Summer football must come.
  17. Hoping to make it tomorrow.
  18. Have a safe journey down guys.
  19. Good point. A quagmire might favour the Morton.
  20. Two Ashers pies - that's the ideal luncheon.
  21. Indeed we are the aforementioned at the moment, as long as we don't get too cocky !
  22. John MacCormack "parted company" with Clyde today as relegation seemed inevitable.
  23. Excellent highlights - full credit to the cameraman and the editor. I like the ICT-TV heading too.
  24. Too right Good Luck to our boys. They must know that the whole of Sneckie is behind them in their fantastic adventure in the SFL 1st Division.
  25. I recommend them Aye, the best pies in Scottish football, no doubt about that.
