  1. The ruthless world of Dundee football.
  2. Reasonable result against "them". At least we didn't lose and with Dundee getting beaten again the race for the title is getting rather interesting.
  3. The Dundee fans were fair giving Jocky Scott a hard time on the Jim Traynor phone-in tonight.

Barry Robson for Middlesbrough against Derby tonight.
  5. Difficult call this one. On one hand I would like to see them do well to prove to these snooty Central Belt fans that there is football elsewhere in Scotland. If they did go further in the cup and did well there would be no end of crowing and gloating from the Gadgies though. On balance, yes, good luck to them but go to the final ? Nope.
  6. Och, for the sake of north football - County.
  7. Well done the boys. Cracking result. Well done Terry and Maurice too. :D
  8. Not one of England's luckiest footballers but at the same time a very good one. Should give him plenty of time to devote to his No.1 interest in life - gambling.
  9. I'd love us to win tomorrow but it's not going to be easy.
  10. I have a feeling that Barrowman could yet come back to haunt us now he's playing for Them.

As usual the people who keep the game going - the fans - have been treated very shabbily indeed. Football just never seems to get it - they can't treat their customers in this fashion. It's just completely unaccaptable in the modern world. :D
  12. Difficult group, even though the Czech Republic aren't the team they once were.
  13. A Blackburn Rovers fan accoring to Sky News. Very sad that a boy goes to a match and ends up dead.

Aye, Don seems to be doing really well at Watford. How long before a Premiership team come in for him I wonder ? :024:
  15. Aye, good luck for the future Dougie.
  16. Utterly brilliant video - I haven't laughed so much for a very long time. Certainly a pretty accurate reflection of the current situtation among the higher echelons at The Dump. B) :D
  17. Oh dear, this is not good news at all and I am very sorry to hear of this. The club shooting itself in the foot again. :022: :023:
  18. Great result - well done the boys and Terry and June.
  19. Truly the voice of rugby. I loved his commentaries with his little phrases like "They'll be dancing in the streets of Hawick after that one". I was never much of a rugby fan but I gave up watching rugby altogether when he retired. A great Borderer. Very sadly missed.
  20. Well done the lads and well done too Terry and Maurice. A great result for us. :D :D :001: :019: :021: :021:
  21. Is Steve Paterson really the answer in a managerial role though ? I have said before that he should a place in the club in some role, i.e. scouting. I saw ICT several times last season and I thought their technical ability at the basics like free kicks and corners was woeful and looked like they hardly practised these at all. We need someone at the club who is a first rate coach. Whether TB or MM fulfil this requirement is open to question.
  22. Very disappointing result to say the least - we should be comfortably beating teams like QoS. I do appreciate that the team is being rebuilt at the moment with a lot of new young players coming in. On one hand we must be patient but on the other we need to watch out we don't lose touch with the top teams. Don't think we'll be going back straight up into the SPL but I don't believe we'll be relegated either.
  23. Great to be in the final and well done to the boys. It's at McDermaid Park on Sunday, 22 November.
  24. Oh dear, the world (and the club for that matter) has gone mad. Mad, mad, mad ! :022:
