  1. I see he's signed for Airdrie Will be interesting to see how he gets on
  2. Grim stuff again today but at least we won. Elgin will feel hard done by and I doubt many would have grudged them a replay. Some really poor performers in our side. Munro & Innes looked like they were running in slow motion at times and their distribution is shocking. S. Duff was hopeless in midfield the 'hilight' of his display was taking a corner and not even getting it on the field of play!!! Foran was pretty insipid and Eric has the close control of a rhino. Ross was probably our MOTM as at least he was heading in the right direction. Sanchez saved the day in the end. You'd think he'd get a chance now although I'm not that convinced he'll make much of a difference Hard work being a home supporter of ICT
  3. I'd stick with 12 & have 2 or 3 promoted/relegated each season perhaps involving play-offs
  4. Are Stoke due a percentage of any fee we get for him?
  5. Hibs got ?250k for Sol Bamba with only 6 months left on his contract. Get that off the Russians and buy Leigh Griffiths I say.
  6. Considering we have such a small squad it's disconcerting to learn we now have to get rid of players to bring new one's in. We can all name players we'd want to leave but who's going to take them? Sanchez, Blumenshtein, Proctor, McBain, & Golly departure wouldn't affect us much. Perhaps selling Tuffey could generate some cash, He's wasted sitting on the bench.
  7. Sound like Roy and Stuart Golabeck will play in this one. Listen here Terry said we only had 16 players available today yet we named 7 subs. I take it Roy & Golly weren't fit to play but were on the bench?
  8. Other than giving Tuffey a game I don't think we are good enough to rest anyone. Think this will be a tricky game for us
  9. The away run was always going to come to an end eventually and it was a tremendous achievement but it's history now. I just think playing the same tactics home and away has caught up with us and all the other sides have us sussed out. The personnel might change but we are always going to play the same way and seemingly there in no plan B A couple of new faces might freshen things up but there are players in the squad who need to be moved on.
  10. Pretty grim listening. Ryan Esson V St Johnstone
  11. Given recent performances I think both deserve to be 'rested' Tokeley back at right back as well. Interesting Wonder how Blumenshtein will get on. He's looked pretty hopeless on the rare occasssions I've seen him.
  12. Going on past signings Leicester reserves would be a more likely source of new players
  13. Cox wasn't booked last night
  14. Unlikely. Mentioned in the paper today they hoped to have him back for the cup tie against Elgin
  15. We got exactly what we deserved today. Out thought & out fought by a motivated and well organised St Mirren. Only pass marks for our side were Esson & possibly Shinnie and I was dissapointed Butcher didn't change things much sooner, then again there wasn't much on the bench to choose from. Bit of a reality check for us after such a wondeful run but hopefully we can bounce back. We'll need to improve dramatically on Wednesday or Killie will tear us apart

Robbo was raving about him when he was at Stenhousemuir a few years ago & I remembered posting this (hope link works??)
  17. Despite the best effort of the ref to give Rangers the game I'm pleased with the draw. We were by far the best side in the the first half but were under the cosh for the majority of the second. Cracking goal from Hayes which I'm looking forward to seeing again and I also would like to see the penalty decision as it looked like a dive to me. Disappointed Butcher took so long to take Eric off as he was dire today
  18. Great result & a bonus point
  19. Willie McStay is the new manager

Are Elgin the only team we haven't beaten in a competitive fixture?
  21. Emphatic victory despite gifting Hibs their goals. My only complaint is that we didn't score more
  22. I'd actually feel sorry for County fans if he got the job after I'd stopped laughing Brew wants the job!
  23. Not crippled by self doubt is he
  24. McCann won't be playing as Hibs are the opposition
