I am not sure what he has done to make so many people dislike him, granted he wasn't good last season but bear in mind he was not getting played in the ideal formation for him, did not get the service a poacher requires. Give him a chance and he may well come up with the goods.

Don I see where you are coming from but perhaps there are people that have volunteered to do things for the club in the past and have had it thrown back in there face, so the first time volunteers are asked for it can't be expected that everyone to throw themselves into it with relish. I believe that the club have alienated themselves for the fans to a degree and its going to take some time to win that back.

If the club shop was not making cash perhaps if the club had been a touch more imaginative in the range of stock available it would have been more viable, remember its not that long ago when Savage was Chairman he was looking to get rid of the portakabin and build a proper shop

Agree, it would be worth a try for a couple of months , along with some more imaginative merchandise I am sure it would bring in some dosh
