U18's Season
These results seem outstanding. Hopefully these boys continue to develop and topple County into our shadows once more.

Scottish Cup 3rd Round
I don't like this. Scottish cup is for Saturdays. Ah well

White
Folk will declare dramatically online or in person that this player is rank etc etc. Now they are in a position where they have to highlight each mistake to justify their claim, rather than lose face. Wouldn't surprise me if there are some supporters who would rather see a player miss a golden chance just for the opportunity of a 'i telt you so and so is *****'. Sad times

Daniel Mackay
Daniel is still young and growing. Against physically stronger opposition over a game they can wear him down with the physicality of the game. However, 15 mins of a fresh, fast and keen youngster is much more effective. I would have Oakley as number 1 out of all our options

Friday Night Football
I really like Friday night games but it needs to be a fixture where both sets of fans have less than an hour to travel. Likely to only have about 50 away fans for this instead of maybe 150/200 on a Saturday. I would be one who would have attended sat but can't make the Friday night. That's rubbish. Being able to watch in a pub is consolation but nothing beats the real deal.

Queen of the South - 29th September
Yup, got to be the same starting line up. The formation change has worked well. Games cant come quickly enough. Queens form has dipped a little in the last few weeks so its a good time to play them. Hoping Dobbie gets the squirts on Friday night.

Ross County - 22nd September
I would have gone for Italian meatball sub myself. You are a braver man than me

Ross County - 22nd September
The county midfield is a bit static. Need to run them ragged, we all know Vigurs doesn't track runners and drapes isn't the quickest. Polworths availability could be key

Patrick another 3 points!!
I have only seen the 2 away league fixtures and would agree we all playing well in fits and starts but not really dominating games/riding our luck. To be sitting top of the league without controlling a game is a very promising sign. The change in formation seems to have helped us offensively with 6 goals in 2 games. Really looking forward to Dingwall. Would still make them favourites, especially if we have picked up some injuries but would love to hump them silly (4-0 would be pleasant) and send a message across the bridge and to the rest of the league that teams should fear us.

Boardroom Banter - is it necessary to continue with it?
No harm in asking

Elbouzedi
These guys are in training almost daily. Lack of ability or attitude is why he couldn't get a game. Wasn't impressed when he did get a chance. Gives our youths a better opportunity.

Who would you like to see at ICT next season?
From the limited game time I saw of Zac. He looked like a dud. Better get him off the wagebill and give youth a chance.

Inverness CT -V- Dunfermline
We lost many good players after the cup win (Ofere, Watkins, Christie, Shinnie), yogis replacements were poor. He tried to play the same style with lesser players. He started the downward spiral, took the huff when the board wouldn't let him speak to Utd then engineered his way out the club, picking fights over anything he could (much like mourinho now). Both parties suffered badly from his actions. A humble man would reflect on this and admit his errors. However yogis still churns the nonsense that if the board gave him money he would have kept us at that level. His replacements he signed make that statement pretty nonsensical.

Owain Tudor Jones interviews Gary Warren
I liked it. Just two lads reminiscing about the good old days

Inverness CT -V- Dunfermline
I wasnt there but i can understand the changes. That team was strong enough to win. Several of the players in the starting line up have been on thin ice I believe and Robbo wouldn't want to make changes to an unbeaten team. However if we won tonight and several players stood out he would have a reason to make changes. Sounds like the plan backfired badly. Perhaps 3/4 changes would have sufficient. Still that team should have been good enough

He's One Of Our Own
This is a nonsense. Regardless of what people's opinions on his performances I really hope the majority of fans rally round polworth and show him he is appreciated and that some young attention seeking teenagers don't represent the majority.

Alan Hercher
One of my favourite players as a kid, some great memories of him. Always thought he was a striker for some reason. Did he move up front towards the end of his career or did I just imagine it?

Ayr and the problem of Shankland
I'm not one for reputations. But a striker full of confidence who has been beasting them in thus far this season causes me concern.

Bairns Away
Think most fans would be in agreement that first half we looked very comfortable and should have killed the game. 2nd half Falkirk had numerous set pieces and crosses and we rode our luck. The 2nd half we made no effort to control the game and attempted to hit on the break by playing direct. Meant for a horrible and nervous watch but we rode our luck and held on. First time I have seen the new signings. Rooney, big lad, seemed to be caught rather high sometimes. But generally stopped Lewis although in possession he was rather mince. Walsh was very impressive in the first half, always looking to take on his man and get a cross in or shot away. 2nd half didn't suit him and we couldn't get him on the ball as much. Welsh did okay. Overall 3 points away from home is a big plus, even though Falkirk were poor. I suspect we will need to be on top form for Saturday. Hoping someone signs shankland before then.

Reigniting the spark.
Seems a backwards step. This thread has highlighted the importance of getting 'hooked' at a young age. Once you are hooked the only important thing is watching your team not the 'matchday experience'. Sadly this could limit the chances youngsters have to attend.
