Yep - the idea of caging fans in was the fundamental cause. When that was done it was only a matter of time before a disaster of some sort happened.

I haven't done it myself, but I think it's a case of getting an account on www.panoramio.com and uploading your photos there, pinpointing the location. I'm not sure that the photos will automatically appear on Google Earth though, perhaps there's a peer-rating system in place?

Yep - our third(?) game in the First Division, Ross I think was caught out and made a bad tackle - as with Andrew Allan in our first First Division game. It's given the St Mirren fans something to chant about every game since.

One of my colleagues had similar trouble a couple of years ago - I found the Chief Exec's e-mail address for her, and literally within six hours she had a reply from his office. It then got sorted out straight away, after three months of her getting nowhere.

A lot of this basically boils down to 'it's not the SPL'. Five years of each of the SPL and the First Division - there's a lot of stuff that's better in the First, just a shame about the big financial difference for the club.

I don't blame Ross - whether the sending off was justified or not, Ross acted in a split second on instinct just as I would have done. The fact we were in the SPL at all owes a lot to Ross, and we were not relegated because of his game today.
