  1. Saw a guys false teeth fly out of his mouth as the Howden End went wild when Alan Hercher equalized against St Johnstone at Telford Street, way back in the glory days...v funny.... dont know if he got it back, so they maybe buried under the car park
  2. Billy Dodds....especially after the Aberdeen game when he said they " should be beating teams like that"..shocking example of the central belt arrogance we have to endure....

Im happy to be through but Jesus!, has CB not learned that fielding a weakend team against lower opp is a recipie for disaster...Do we really have that arrogance to expect a win against a 2nd Div team.. Mr Brewster...learn a footballing lesson. Perhaps Arbroath fielded a weak team expecting a humping and are now kicking themselves.
  4. Its simple....Scottish Football doesnt want what they call "diddy teams" and thats what we are to them.... If they could have a league with only Rangers, Celtic, Hearts & Hibs they would jump at the chance I wonder what slice of the TV revenue coppers is given to us "diddy teams" disgusting
  5. According to todays Metro, CB has asked Dan to stay for a second week
  6. I noticed that our Ugandan trialist played 15 mins or so at Barry Wilsons testimonial on Monday. Just wondered how he did any comments?

Matt Welcome, rather than us bore you with facts etc etc, i would recommend navigating yourself around this site and the official website for all the historical info you need. As for rivals....Well some may say Aberdeen are our biggest SPL rival, but they will never be a bigger rival for me than Ross County, who happliy lay waste in the 1st Division. hope one day you can make your way over for a game at the Tulloch Stadium

Great start and who better to beat than the Dandies.... Billy Dodds actually said in Sportscene that " Aberdeen should be beating teams like that" meaning ICT...well get it up you Dodds, you were a p*sh player and your just as p*sh as a pundit
  10. A Sports Journalist writing an honest, fair and anti-Old Firm article....whats the world coming to, lol.. wise words Mr Ed and ones i hope to come true Nice One
  11. well done CB....and well done to the youth team
  12. good points raised. I didnt realise there was a similar and better thought out Idea...one of which i would have happily given ?10 a month to... The ?500 figure was just the first that came into my head, and on second thought i suppose it was a bit high, but besides that the idea i still think is a good one, yes i agree there are legal and logistical issues with such a scheme.. but hey we need to have these hair brained schemes out there, lol Like Birddogs kids, ive been Caley since i was a kid myself and i think ideas like this should be encouraged...god knows our club needs some more innovations & proactive thinking. Ebbsfleet Utd was indeed one of the teams i was thinking off Birddog - no offence taken
  13. I dont know where to post this, so maybe a Mod could oblidge..... Over the last year there has been a couple of instances wherebye fans of 2 small clubs have invested in their club, to the point that they are basically running the show. I cant remember the names. So i though of an idea. By the looks of things CB will not recieve any cash from Mariusgate , so Is there anything stopping fans on CT online investing money to buy a player. Even if 200 people chipped in ?500 each; that would raise ?100,000, which would be handed to the club for CB to get a 1/2 decent player. I know this is far fetched and maybe over the top, but i think the fans should be allowed more of a say in the running of a club. Yes there are fan associations and fan trusts, but how great would it be if we actually influenced the buying of a player through our own investment. Personally i would probably be able to provide ?500 if the idea was seen as a winner any thoughts brothers & sisters? BC
  14. Its called Karma and my name is not Earl.... After their " It not our fans" lies after the Manchester riots and their " we need the 5%" greed of away tickets, im so happy that they are OUT OF EUROPE. Lets hope Motherwell & QOTS show them up Hope their Hooped brothers join them. The commentators had the cheek to suggest that they are not match fit yet....hmmm isnt that what their 6 pre-season friendly games was for....d*cks
  15. All the papers whether Tabloid or Broadsheet are Old Firm biased whithout a doubt. Someone mentioned that they know nothing of the other 10 SP teams and i agree. I have no doubt that we will be safe because we have the belief that has made this a great club Now and in the past.... Survival in the SPL is Hamiltons problem
  16. I did think about it after i posted...thanks
  17. Hey just wanted to gauge some opinions on who is the better site. I rarely use the official website anymore, due to their iceberg pace in announcing ICT news Does anyone know who runs the the official site anway, they need a kick up their a*se if you ask me. I think CT online is a far better source of news, and even the rumour threads give me the odd gem as well any comments BC
  18. Signed it...I feel its time for ICT supporters to stand united behind this and boycott all OF away games this season. Both OF teams only talk in 1 language and that is money...so lets hit them where it hurts
  19. ICT are running the risk of other players refusing to sign for us if the board cant organise said p**s up in said brewery This is the second player who has been somewhat messed about in our eyes in recent months, Mr Wyness t'other. And lastly ours & the clubs eyes should be on the future season coming up not on this shambles... I would be interested to hear what CB thinks of this while he has been in Denmark
  20. come on ICT and/or Dynamo...stop the "its their fault" tactics and get this sorted. Fee or no Fee its embarassing for both clubs
  21. much as i will miss Marius, im getting a bit sick of this now.....2 points though If he signed a contract with Dynamo B ( which the pics on their website show), surely ICT's request that he waive his % fee would have included in their contract between ICT & Dynamo, besides isnt a % fee normally between the player and the club he signs FOR and not the club he has left, i.e his personal terms with Dynamo 2nd point : its a tad cheeky for Dynamo to be displaying their player if there has been unfinished business between the clubs. I do hope this deal goes through and there is no bad blood
  22. "GUTTED" is the word Im glad i was there for his last game. He wore the shirt well and showed that he has some class. Hope CB will get some of the cash to build the team...yes we have Barrowman, Zadi, Easson and possibly Rooney..but even a 100k would get us a higher quality player... good luck Marius
  23. really wish these bloody newspapers would get it right...Klauserslauten for 500k i read today...Where ever he goes i will be sad to see him go...and i just hope that CB gets the majority of the cash to buy a replacement What will Tom CJ do with his Romanian flag huh!

I know there is a George Fraser topic on here, but i wanted to ask about the ROK group. Do they have an invested interest in ICT and if so what kind of interests do they have. I see from the link below that CB has been involved in ROK PR, and someone called Kenny Cameron who apparently is ICT's communities trust chairman is also a ROK employee and a former director of ICT So my point is if ROK have an vested interest in the club, then there shouldnt really be the current "wages" stumbling block that is preventing us from making quality signings, and they have been very quiet since George Fraser took over almost 3 months to the day http://www.rokgroup.com/myarea/news.jsp?ne...onian%20Thistle any comments?

Well the goss here in Edinburgh is that Elliot has agreed terms with MK Dons today....Source - from Elliots family via a workmate. Also I believe from a Hearts shareholder that they wanted to use Elliot as a bargaining chip to lure Marius to Tynecastle, so they are a bit peeved with his agent that he even speaking to MK Dons let alone agreed terms
