The Highland News seems under the impression that we will sign Greg Kelly.

Melvin Holwijn is a 28 year old striker that plays for Telstar and Jeffrey Altheer is a 22 year old defender who plays for Excelsior. Wonder where they find these guys.

Foran and Barrowman look good up front together. Lee Cox also looks to be a good addition to the squad and i hope he continues to impress. I think the goalie that played 2nd half was Kieran Wilson. Was nice to see the young boys get a run out. All gave a good account of themselves imo. Only dissapointing factor was that there were no trialists to judge. Hope that changes in the next few days though.

He will be wanting out of celtic now since Lukasz has arrived. Did celtic know sign a keeper from the USA a few months ago aswel? If he loves football he will jump at the chance off playing first team football instead of sitting at home on match days since he wont be on the bench. Great point. But although Mark Brown will probably jump at the chance, i dont think Celtic will give him away. For example, Riordan never got a game but he was sold for ?1,000,000. Celtic and Rangers are just money makers and wouldnt even let anyone have anything for free. Riordan was sold for a million? I seriously doubt Hibs could stretch to that fee.

The SPL may be the highest league in Scotland but it is by far the most boring and predictable out of all. You know who's going to win it and you usually have a fair idea of who's going down. While being relegated was quite a bitter day for most here i can't help but think that at most a season in the 1st Division where we are described as a team to beat will do us good. With us having kept most of our squad intact it will give us a chance to see the football we want to see and we won't have to spend the season looking over our shoulders. Unless were at the top

Esson won't be going anywhere with a year remaining on his deal. I think he will be the starting goalkeeper when the season starts and whoever comes in will simply provide competition with Kyle as 3rd choice.
