Daniel Park, Nick Ross mayb'e Gavin Morrison because we have alot of midfielders. I don't see Shane Sutherland going out on loan as he could make an impact in the 1st team and given we are lacking up front i think that will only further his chances. Say's he spoke to Craig Levein about "Who's available". Does that mean for us? No one would dare take Barrowman. We're stuck with him.

I did wonder why Dougie Imrie came off at half-time becuase he did look threatening in the 1st half and did well to set up the goal. Don't forget Odhiambo, broken metatarsal.

In all honesty apart Cadamarteri's strike Kyle was rarely tested. But he did look ok when called out. And yes i would sign Bulvitis and Sanchez, and if they do sign i think our squad will look alot better.

Just got back and despite the score it was a more even game than that. Sanchez was excellent in the 1st half, neat touches and took his goal very well. He struggled a bit in the 2nd half due to lack of service, as did Rooney but i would certainly give him a contract. I'll give you my view on Bulvitis...DYNAMITE. The guy cleared away everything in his path and wasn't afraid to shout for the ball. Could be a great player for us. Stratford looke much better in midfield and Cox put in another good shift. As did Eagle The performance was good overall, our only problem was lacking that killer ball to help find a goal, unfortunately Dundee Utd didn't lack it. Goals were defnitely avoidable as most came from us being sloppy with posession.

I always enjoy midweek games.

If Sanchez and Bulvitis join then i think we could draw a line under a very productive pre-season.

has bulvitis signed yet ? If he hasnt he will be playing to prove himself once more to butcher. We dont have a pacey forward. I'm well aware we lack any speed up front. I want someone new up there. I read that Butcher spoke to Bulvitis and said something should get sorted out this week.

As long as it has Bulvitis and a pacey forward i'am happy.

I would be inclined to agree with you there. we should probably try to add players who are more familiar to the Division but at the end of the day in Central-Belters eyes we are in an undesiriable location and we can't really offer paticuarly good deals atm so we have to set standards.

He had some good moments yesterday which is more than can be said about certain other individuals. At the end of the day he is only 17 and had never played a competitive game in his life so i think given his circumstances he had a great good game. Yes his crossing mayb'e wasn't of a good order but at the end of the day who's was??

I'm Hoping we get Sanchez. Robbie Winters is a tad past it. I heard he was pritty gaff at Clyde. What about that ex Hibs boy, Damon Gray? Or Simon Lynch, he got a few goals for Airdrie last season and he is currently without a club.

Minus Black and Cowie i'd say this squad is stronger than the one we had this time last year. Say's alot about Butcher's contacts. He did well in Negotiating with the majority of out-of-contract players too stay and seems to have worked tirelessly in bringing in fresh talent, majority being young ambitous players with their best years ahead of them. Think he deserves a massive hand in all this. Can't wait for the new seasn to start.

Looking at our squad now that it has been strengthened i have too say i'am fairly confident we can win the league as well. We kept some real key players, signed some very promising trialists and TB is still looking to add to that. The 1 year deal thing dosen't bother me that much because at the end of the day i'd rather see them sign 1 year deals to stay than not sign at all. Arguably we have the best squad in the league so there is no reason why we shouldn't win it.

Sanchez can play up front as well and Butcher says he wants another attacker so it wouldn't suprise me if they do mayb'e offer him a deal after all. I can see the likes of Park going out on loan so that may free up space as well. Jamie Duff mayb'e as well if we sign Bulvitis.

Good to see they've got him on board. Midfield is starting to look alot healthier now.
