  1. Forgot to add my support lies with Brazil for the sole reason I'll be ?320 up from a sweepstake should they lift it for a 6th time.
  2. To be fair on the Daily record, they only ever write a half decent amount about 2 games each week in the SFL, and more often than not we've been one of the 2. But there were just 2 season defining games on this weekend in Greenock and in Airdrie. So we were never going to get much of a write up considering we already won the league. Surely you'd know by now to avoid the Daily Record for a decent write up and instead get the P&J or Highland News.
  3. 7-0 Ayr Away 4-3 Raith Home 1-0 Partick Away seeing as it put us top 3-0 County 3-2 Challenge Cup
  4. I'm not going to bet on any winner, reakon I'd stand a better chance of betting on the favourites of individual matches. Seems quite a lot fo olk make a very tidy profit from doing this at the World Cup and Euros. Edit: If I were to bet on a winner, I'd go for Brazil for the value although I think Spain are the more likely to win it barring injuries.
  5. Just heard this, absoloutly gutted. He is ICT and can't imagine watching us without him. Whatever he does though, whenever he does we'll still be talkign about him 20 years down the line as a legend of the club.
  6. He's been fantastic, without him I'm not sure wheather there would be a party pre-match today. Brilliant.
  7. I've suddenly become delighted at Latviaman's words. Get Pavels back, he is by far the best defender that has played for us. I would also love to see us get Moutinho and or Mehmtt should one of their teams go down anyway, but I'd suspect others would be after them.
  8. 18 team, thought the whole idea was to get rid of the split nonsense!
  9. Aye, that was a brilliant article. Bill Leckie also wrote another good one in the run up to our last game against County, "If Bayern and Man United were playing in my garden I wouldn't even open my curtains with this game on" or something along those lines.
  10. I think thats a bit unfair, we've had pretty good press this week after being over shadowed by County's cup exploits. We even got the sportsound team of the year the season after we were promoted last time
  11. No point on me even saying I'll be there earlier, never happens and will most likely end up at the stadium at 1-2 minutes before kick-off. In saying that I would like to make an effort this week....but we'll see.
  12. You could but my point still stands, and I think that calling people who follow ICT all over scotland 'lunitics' is unpresedented. It was people just getting excited, the re-start was not delayed and everyone went off the pitch almost immeadiately. No hoolaganism or anything came into the equation - all in good nature. Who was the last team in Scotland to be fined for a pitch invasion? I'm intrigued to know. Anyway, I do believe it is a long shot we'll be facing a fine. We're in the SPL after a fecking tough season - lets enjoy our week in the build up to the trophy presentation rather than mulling over what might happen.
  13. But then you could argue that all the fans that went on the pitch would have given more than what ever the fine is in merchandise, tickets etc. Anyway, lets look on the bright side a fine would be very harsh indeed and surely an unlikely outcome.
  14. Derek Adams ahead of Butcher, what a joke but I suppose all the media etc. are well and truly have tickets for the Ross County bandwagon.
  15. Thank goodness. Jesus, I was worried there.
  16. Aye but that was after your game though was it not? The problem ours was during the game, although it still didn't delay the re-start.
  17. Another for that man that managed us before Terry. Won't even say his name.
  18. For some reason my computer only lets me type a response in the fast reply section, so I'm not able to quote but it was with SotonCaleyFan saying he doesn't think fines would deter fans.
  19. I disagree, if all the fans that ran onto the pitch knew for a fact their club would be fined im alomost certain no one would have ended up on the pitch.
  20. Right enough when you put it like that it it probably is the only way to go about things. I'm the same, while I don't agree with any club getting fined it is the only way I can think of to deter fans from running on the pitch.
  21. Yes I understand that, but I jsut don't agree with clubs being fined for supporters merely trodding on the pitch. As a club they couldn't have done anything to stop it, yet they could still be punished for it.
  22. I don't understand why ICT should be fined. It wasn't their fault people ran on the pitch. If it was a home game I would understand as it's their responsobility to put the stewards in place and at Somerset it is Ayr's responsobility to put them in place. But what could ICT done to stop it?
  23. The whole thing looks fantastic, looking forward to watching it now.
  24. Brilliant news, confident of signing Hayes on aswell as he seems very keen on it. Fantastic. What a boost Foran is.
  25. Obviously love Runrig, but that won't happen. Donnie Munro would be a top choice aswell!
