Disabled Prices
I can understand your sentiment to a degree but this is a bit of a"dodgy" area. Talking of living life in such a terrible way every day. What about people suffering from depression? Receiving treatment for cancer? Also, some people who are disabled may not want to be singled out but instead included just like everyone else. True that's what makes it a bit of a sticky wicket. So what about under 16s. Under that logic it's not someones fault they're not under 16, so under 16s should pay the whole price. Isn't that "discrimination" against over 16s? What about pensioners? Is it not discrimination that they get in cheaper as they're old? Surely the disabled can get the same sort of thing, and probably deserve it more too. I can understand your sentiment to a degree but this is a bit of a"dodgy" area. Talking of living life in such a terrible way every day. What about people suffering from depression? Receiving treatment for cancer? Also, some people who are disabled may not want to be singled out but instead included just like everyone else. your bang on in what you have said, Most Disabled folk dont want to be treated different, and as mentioned the club provides an area that is easly accessable for chairs and less abled bodys to watch the game. your post Reg does show you care all the same, but need to do some reading up on disabled people in the Work place and the likes, you will find that if facilitys are provieded and they can do what us abled bodyed people can do then they feel less disabled.. One paragraph in the document i was reading asked.. is a blind person disabled in his own house with no lights on? meaning if I went in to there house with no lights on I'd be "in theroy be less abled to find my way around" its a very interesting subject, another quote was "In a Mall/Shopping center, what makes a less abled person disabled when they have lift and ramps in to every shop" Over to you's for debate (I like SMEE can be regarded as Disabled to a degree, due to the possiblity of having MS) but I would always do my best if it came to it to be as able bodyed as possible....) As you've said I'm not an expert on the comings and goings of the disabled, but then again they could choose to take up the offer or turn it down should they not wish to participate in it.

Disabled Prices
As was mentioned on the BB thing, why don't disabled people get to go to games for free? Some will call that discrimination, but we able bodied people don't have the burden of living such a terrible way every single day. I went on the Old Trafford tour once and I heard there that disabled people and a person they take with them, get to every game for free. Surely every team and ICT should be doing this as well. Discuss.

Disabled Prices
That's terrible that disabled people have to pay. At some clubs they, and the people who come with them get in free.

Better than expected?
And some were still treating him as a god half way through the season, even though every time he came on, it was only for about ten minutes, during which he aimlessly plodded about.

Apparently Eagle and Haynes can play on either side as can Imrie. Stratford and Proctor can both play on the right as well. Lee Cox can also play right-back if I remember right.- New Away Kit
No, see my post further up.- Just a little thank you...
Mine from the Saturday has a big picture of Johnathon Gould on the front. Don't know if that's the same on both.- Just a little thank you...
I've got one thanks, bought it on the Saturday a bit before we all heard that it was postponed.- Just a little thank you...
show off Prize possesions: I have the first ever ICT programme, 3-1 win against celtic programme & our first ever season book :P With that programme, is it the same one that was sold on the Saturday before, cause I've got that one, but not one from the midweek game. Was it the same programme on sale both times?- away kit for 2 years time
Another anti-Tokely post. Fancy that.- The ones that got away?
Sean Evans is currently playing for Ludlow Town in the West Midlands Regional League 2 (The equivalent of the tenth teir of league football in England) and Michael Barnes is with non-league english side FC Halifax town (The equivalent of the eight teir of league football in England) Edited to add the league info I would say looking at the above reply that Brew got it 100% correct, in both cases. I realise that he does not enjoy the best of reputations on here but at least credit him with something he got right! Exactly right. Had I been boss, I wouldn't have offered Evans a contract. I'm not sure Barnes ever actually played a game either. From what I saw Evans wasn't good enough for Division 1 let alone the SPL. I seem to recall him rattling the bar with a header in a friendly victory over the tinks. Don't remember that happening, though I do remember big Gianni's headers were comical to say the least.- Trialists...
My understanding was always that wingers were just like right and left midfielders, just more attacking and a bit further forward. ie - ------------CM-----------------CM--------- ---RW------------------------------------LW- The ones that got away?
I remember seeing Evans play against Clack and County. Wasn't bad but totally anonamous in both games. The only thing I remember of Barnes was that he was really really ginger.- Thierry Gatheussi?
I think the team was called Clermont or something.- The ones that got away?
There was also two Austrians around the same time as Marsh. A striker and a centre-half IIRC. Think the defender was called Tobogo or something. They were both unfit and not good enough I think is what CC said at the time.- The ones that got away?
Phil Marsh - Brought in in the pre-season by CC as the potential replacement for Dargo. I think he went to Blackpool instead.- Brechin City game
I meant Fiji. You seem to have a bit of an obsession with that post so let me explain. I was not calling to sign random Pacific Islanders nor was I calling for the signing of rugby players and making them footballers, I was saying that ICT should look at football players from this region as PSV did with Roy Krishna, and as some New Zealand teams have done such as Watikere United. Get it now?- Best ever player on TCS pitch
Apparently that keeper (Bouzainis or something) is 18, and two years ago Benitez reckoned he was the best 16 year old keeper in the world!- New Away Kit
I'm guessing the new goalie shirt is what Esson's wearing in the training night pics. Looks just like the home one except it's all yellow, with a black swoosh thing. Looks bizarre.- Richard Hastings in CONCACAF CUP
I won't be surpried if this is the end of Hastings's international career. He is getting on a bit.- HMS SNECK
The mighty galleon of the HMS Sneck, and her noble adventures on the seven seas.- Brechin City game
Who was it who recently suggested that we bring in big Fijians and teach them how to be footballers? If you actually go back and look what I said, I was calling for ICT to look at international players from the Pacific Islands like Figi, Samoa and Tonga. Why is this so taboo? Were PSV Eindhoven wrong to attempt to sign Roy Krishna? This also hasn't really been done yet. There was a time when teams wouldn't look to Africa, now a large amount of big teams have at least one African player. There have been some small keepers who make up for it with exceptional agility, but they are few and far between. True but there still seems to be this attitude of they have to such a height. Would Mark McGhee (going by his comment) have turned down Gordon Banks (presuming he hadn't heard of him)? Going by his comment, yes he would've. - Stratford Signs
