I'm quite surprised he still hasn't been picked up. He wasn't a bad player by any means, just a little erratic and inconsistent.

Fon Williams Mckay Warren Meekings Tremarco Draper Vigurs Doran Fisher King Doumbouya Subs - Mackay, Horner, Boden, Mulraney, Raven, Sutherland, Cole With Tansey and Polworth out I guess we'll have to move Draper back. I've been wondering for a while if Fisher could work in the 'defensive forward' role we've used Draper as this season. He's certainly got the pace and work rate to do it.

Having not heard of Billy Mckay for months, I looked him up there. 3 goals in 19 appearances this season for Oldham and one was in the EFL trophy. Not very good really.

Since the start of the year, Tansey has turned back into the player he was in his first spell with us - a decent touch of the ball and the odd long range drive but too often goes missing, short passes go astray and far too keen to try the 'Hollywood Pass'. Ross Draper was dropped earlier in the season for far less. Considering he's missing Saturday's game, I do wonder should we get a positive result if this will turn into a good excuse to see him benched.

Why is there a certain poster who we're not allowed to ignore? As mentioned in another thread, I tried to ignore this user due to his tedious, unfunny, cringeworthy "banter" but found that this user is exempt!

Absolutely this. I tried to mute one of these regular bores a few weeks back only to find to some reason muting this one in-particular clown wasn't allowed!

Christ now you're in the wrong if you're not wearing a poppy. This faux-outrage Poppy police types that have sprung up in recent years do my head in.

Why is it a disgrace that the players didn't wear poppies? Maybe they didn't want to, after all, it's their right. I didn't wear a poppy to the game. Am I a disgrace?

I see Yogi was favourite for the Shrewsbury Town gig earlier in the week but took his name out of the running. Must still be holding out for a Championship job down south...
