I have never known us to have so many boring old farts in our fanbase. Some of you need to get a life ffs. We now all know what happened at Ayr, it was fun for those that did it. Are we all critical of this. It would seem that some are, especially those that were not at the game. The message is clear from the club, stay off the pitch during this, or any other game, thenm the party begins again.

Hey, cheers walker. You can get me one next time, sorry for the drubbing. I was all prepared to walk but the loons had a taxi waiting outside and seven of us jumped in and off to the ball. We had a fabulous day out.

But Terry said don't strip the players naked, especially Mr Knowledge. Easy, stay off the pitch before full time or get thrown out, and maybe fined.

Aye, at the end of the game though, not during it. What would have happened if a player had tripped over during the intrusions and dewsburydude fell on him, we could have had a funeral on our hands. All said, it was a harmless bit of fun, but they may still take a dim view of it just in case someone got injured.

You are right, it should not really happen, but if I was twenty years younger I would have been on the pitch as well. It all added to the occasion and it really was just one big party. The only people complaining about it are our own pc fans. Another mountain out of a molehill

As a comparison, I have pictures that were uploaded a year ago in an album entitled Championees. These are from the St Johnstone game in 2005 and lots of pics from the Chieftain as the cup made it's way round the pub, that was another great day and night. happy days

Strangely enough, I was just checking the table for 2004 to see how we compared. We have scored two more points at present and our goal difference now is plus 39 compared to plus 32 in 2004 I reckon we had a better defence then, but our strikers are better quality now. Hayes may well be the best winger we have ever had.

Lets all just enjoy the moment. Plenty time for bickering among ourselves in the close season. The guy is as entitled to celebrate just like the rest of us, whether you agree or disagree with what goes on in the boardroom.

He's a strong lad is young morrison. Packs a good shot as well. He has played before though I'm sure. Certainly in pre-season and maybe a cup or two.

Cheers Harry, I certainly enjoyed myself and I'm sure everyone else did as well. Probably been our best away day ever, just the whole party day was well worth the eleven hours travel.
