  1. Technically we are not out of administration and whilst Paul has agreed a 12 month extension we do not what constraints the Club is still under for signing players. If anyone is more up to date than me please advise.
  2. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC149117/filing-history Details of CVA posted 11th June
  3. CELTIC1CALEY3 replied to big cherly's topic in Caley Thistle
Gambia coach is from NI - may have played a part.
  4. Sorted for me after the almost expected technical problems.
  5. Well if my initials were SG I would get a photograph of me in front of the 'SG Stadium' and update my social media profile!!!
  6. Logan Ross was an obvious option and will be well known to the club and have accommodation. However, I would expect us to sign another GK or take in a loanee.
  7. From Companies House today - Resolution of Allotment of Securities - document to follow. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC149117/filing-history
  8. Charlie at 26 needed to go higher up the leagues. Good luck to him.
  9. PSG's win last night should be an inspiration for our young players. Press, press, press should be our new mantra - Ryan Christie and PSG are exponents of that philosophy.
  10. One aspect that rarely gets mentioned about the Final was Aaron's exquisite pass to Marley Watkins for the first goal.
  11. Jack Kingdon, Sam Murray and James Nolan are all set to leave Manchester United at the end of the season. The trio are all out of contract this summer and will depart on frees after not being offered new terms.
  12. Ross County release Scott Allardice.
  13. If it happens, there are just over 7 days until we exit administration. If it happens we will have a glut of players to choose from.
  14. C'est la vie!! Our reward for the mess our custodians got us into. It could be worse.....
  15. Congratulations to Livingston. Regardless of opposition tonight, they have done really well this season. County will be a strong addition to the Championship next season. They will inevitably want to bounce back but it will be quite brutal with St Johnstone there too. Ross County do in fact deserve to go down. It is another sad day for Highland football. Alex Samuel has had two years of this. It will be interesting to see if Derek Adams is brought back to lead the charge........
  16. Ryan Christie voted Supporters' Player of the Year. The 30-year-old attacking midfielder was named Supporters’ Player of the Year at the club on the final day of the English Premiership season. Christie, who has been with the Cherries for four years since signing in 2021, played 33 matches for Bournemouth this season and helped them reach ninth place in the English Premiership. The club released a statement on why Christie received the award saying: “A heartbeat in the Cherries’ midfield, Ryan Christie was a model of consistency, determination and quality across the campaign.
  17. Great to see and hear Graeme before and after the win in the last few days. A guy who overcame adversity to succeed. Lovely pictures of his daughters in the celebration group photos. Not forgetting this was a great day for Scottish football - Celtic greeting because some other club won one of their trophies!!
  18. Lewis has retained a smile on his face throughout his injury torment. Being so positive bodes well for him in the future.
  19. Not in the wrong but the question to be asked is how he could have presented his point better to stop hares running. Even that may have been problematic if his source was very reputable and he did not wish to breach a confidence. That said, we are where we are, and on the face of it there are perhaps legal issues being ironed out. With regard to shareholders who haven't so far responded then it may be that case law would back the Administrator's in arguing that they had done everything reasonable to trace and inform all shareholders. Happy to be guided on that.
  20. Pleased for Jake and Ben but especially for Lewis. He has been remarkably positive throughout the period of his injuries and it will be an inspiration to see him back on the park for the Club.
  21. Jake Davidson?
  22. Alan Savage in the P and J today quoted as saying ' “We’ve now reached 95% backing from shareholders (for his offer) and it shows people are getting right behind the club again. “We’re getting closer to the finish line, and I’d encourage the few who have yet to sign their forms (for administrators BDO) to do so in order to allow my deal to happen.” Trust share transfer was key moment The supporters’ trust, who have 730 members, have a shareholding in the football club with enhanced voting rights of approximately 10%. A special general trust meeting was held last week, after which a trust statement said: “We are pleased to confirm that the resolution to transfer the trust’s shareholding in the club to FC Inverness Limited was agreed. “This transfer is subject to the club exiting administration, with the CVA meeting of creditors taking place on May 22. “A lot of work has clearly gone on behind the scenes to resolve the issues that have prolonged administration, relating to the disparate shareholding, the loans and the ownership of the car parks. We hope that everything comes together on May 22 with the CVA being agreed. “Credit must go to Alan Savage for funding the club through the difficult administration period and having the confidence to look to buy it.”
  23. The way Ross County are playing we could be playing them in two years either in League 1 or the Championship.
  24. The Administrator's progress report is now on the Companies House website - https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC149117/filing-history
  25. Had Alan Savage not stepped in and used his own money to stabilise or attempt to stabilise the ship, yesterday's result would not have happened. We are still 18 days away from knowing if there are impediments to coming out of administration but the feel good factor after yesterday really augurs well for the future if we finally make it. With regard to teams we might meet next season in Division 1, Peterhead will be tough. Assuming they do not win their appeal, Hamilton in their new home could be interesting. Will Airdrieonians triumph against QOS or Cove or Stenny - I suspect QOS might stop them. Would certainly cut our travel costs. Annan are quite strong but could Elgin finally make some progress up the Leagues? A great local derby if they do. Again, would cut our travel costs. And whilst on the subject of former Highland League sides in the Scottish premier leagues, let's say a prayer for Ross County if they lose to St Johnstone away next week.
