Have to agree with you SP, The team played no bad (although not creating much) but for no reason went into meltdown for 12 minutes, that is a team with little confidence. I likened it to a game when Brew was in charge vs Aberdeen where we played fine for 35 mins then fell apart when they scored. The only saving grace is that we tried a lot harder to get back into the game on saturday and almost sneaked a draw, the players i'm hoping, will be hurting and hurting bad, if not then we have problems.

I can see nobody showing Startford in their team selections - quite rightly, however Butch seems intent on playing him regardless of how he plays, now this is a worry because if everyman and his dog can see he's not playing very well, why do the coaches not see it? With Eagles being dropped is that Butch finally realising the truth?

Aye, well at least the management have the ability to make changes to the team(but dont) the fans certainly dont and i doubt their views are taken on board.

There are a few who might disagree with you after watching the team on Saturday at Airdrie. Gelling is one thing, being a good footballer in another, we have seen the new signings play together for a few games now, Butcher has persisted with his choices and i can see why. In my mind the midfield has two problems: Stratford & Eagles are no more than squad players and should NOT be first choice. The whole midfield (now) is too young and not experienced in first team football,so when things go wrong they dont have a clue how to change the game.

Think Heilandee is a bit long in the tooth to get his hopes raised too much, but we all know that buying lots of players does not guarantee success. Watch out Jocky Scott.

' Cox goes limp shocker ' Didnt make the game, however going by posts and hearing from attendees, we were lucky to get a point. Whats with this Jekyll and Hyde performances we are getting, this make me wonder what we are going to get next saturday. Anyway, its time to get change things, Stratford/Eagles need dropped, Imrie will come in to the team in 4-5 weeks and Duncan/Mcbain can steady the midships, just hope my brain lasts till then.

Wouldnt have Rossco anywhere near central defence... he cost us big time. I wonder when Tel will realise its been too many changes, and how long can we wait to see if the players he brought in 'gell'.

Feckin deflated the noo... could have scored 2 or 3 but old man river dived the wrong way, typical Scotland eh! But as Fletch said after the game the mistakes and bad luck in previous games cost us in the long run. Too many donkeys and not enough thouroghbreds...
