Home gate average down
The Hearts game plus the televised Aberdeen game would probably account for the shortfall in numbers, but the club need to think about changing the prices for youngsters, doing a promotion for group from schools/groups etc. etc, 20 kids for £100 or something like that

Best Part Timer
Met Mike in Inverness a while ago, he was having all sorts of bother with i canna mind which, but it was either a knee or a back problem(old injury i presume) which was giving him lots of grief, so much so that he could'nt ride his new sports motor bike. Mike was a great player and was/is a great bloke.

Players & Privacy?
Very good point, but we must be aware that these type of stories only appear in the 'lower' league of newspapers who will pay a good wedge to informants for these type of stories, so whoever spilt the beans regarding the Heathmount will be having a better xmas. I also heard a different version of the incident today which i will divulge to the nutters in the Innes tomorrow.

Players & Privacy?
Maybe some of the players would like a wee bit more attention, staring/pointing/autographs etc. are all part of being an SPL footballer is it not, some people prefer privacy some may like hero worship, like Oats worship of Richard Hastings for example.

Time For Changes?
There wont be many fans who dont think Bayne is a grafter, he gets his goals not by skill, but by graft ie chases everything and he never gives up, but there is a problem. Bayne will never be much of a skillfull/hold the ball/lay it off type player (unlike Brew) who is suffering most - Dargo. The Bayne / Dargo partnership is simply not working, when do you ever see these two playing neat one-twos? very rarely! My team would be - at home Brown Tokeley Dods Munro ******** Wilson Black Hart Rankin Dargo Wyness

Post-match thoughts
I am a wee bit concerned that Black never got a start today, we are not getting goals since he's been away, 2 in the last 4 games, which has left us back in the bottom 6. Dargs needs Wyness, they clicked last season dont see why it cant happen again, hope CC comes to his senses, Its the first time we havent scored against the tims for 5 games i think.

CELTIC V ICT - Matchday thread
Kind of dissapointing... you always hope for a result at the scum, any way we need a result vs Hearts next week for sure, starting to get dragged back down the league, at least Midden, Dee utd and the bairns never made up much on us.

Will tonights game see
Sounds like good game despite the weather Sandy, you mention Black playing well, from another source i heard that Sutherland was also excellent, and sold the defence a copmplete dummy to set up a goal. I hope Black gets back into the team vs the tims, drop Roy and put in Hart.

Mark Brown
According to the BBC sport site Broon never got on? they say Gallacher made two good saves in the second half... maybe a typo eh?
-
Hibs v ICT Official site report
Some pretty fair comments there guys, maybe we could do with Barry Robson back eh? Hastings looked at fault last night again when the wide player got a cross in very easily leading up to their first goal, he also got turned by Brown near the half way and was left for dead, Brown then hit the top of the post with a good shot.

Morgan. What's happened ?
Could be a good thing for him and any other fringe players, from what i've seen of Morgs during reserve games, he didnt look too interested so maybe more competitive games will bring him on, it worked well when we lent out Barry Robson.

Hibs v ICT Official site report
Some different views on Hastings on the go, My view is that he is a fair full back, defends ok but has some very weak area's to his cv: He cannot head a ball in a challenge with his forehead, he always turns sideways/or tries to backhead the ball. His forward distribution/passing is poor and does not get forward enought o support Mcbain down the left He is one paced and turns like a double decker bus. Saying all this makes me sound negative about him, which is fairly true as i would have a back to normal Golly in there, however Golly will struggle to get back into the team. So in order to IMPROVE the team we could do with a good left back, and a right back to challenge Rossco, as he has no one looking over his shoulder.

Come On County !
Must admit i'd like to see County win this game, possibly because i dislike Clyde more than County.
-
Hat-trick of deals at ICT
He didnt stand around when he made the overlap and put the ball to Baynes head for the goal.
-
ICT V Aberdeen - matchday thread
Lot of good observations from the guy Johndo, interesting point about needing a defender who can hold the ball/look/pass to a teamate. Though Rossco was caught out of position too much and still looks sluggish, Hastings did ok( choke) but again his distribution was poor and for their goal should have closed down the Aberdeen player much earlier, he gave him far too much space, pity cos he did ok apart from that.
