Truly epic performance. I HAVE BEEN ENTERTAINED. Every first half pass found its man. We tore them apart. We played with width. More runners into box please. Otherwise what an effort. Looks like the players may have bought into the new style. Heroes to a man. Best I have felt after a game since Easter Road semi. Many congrats to all ( inc home support who joined in generously with applause for one of our fallen (sorry I did not know his name)) This must surely cause some to doubt their premature prognosis ..........and a bad decision by Nurse Ratchett to miss this one!

Yep............first time I have felt the need to buy a pie in a long time. I had an American visitor with me who wanted to try Irn Bru..............can you believe that they did not have any?.in Hamilton? A very satisfactory first day and I agree with a lot of what is being said here. Hamilton were very poor but they should still have scored a couple of goals..........one from a free header first half and another when an on rushing player seem to take the ball with his wrong peg ten yards out. So certainly no room for complacency. The stuff at the back makes me very nervous and I would rather not see it. Watkins was sensational when he came on and must start I feel .It will be interesting to see how we react to a different test and whether we have gears.. Great start boys................Well done everyone Oh yeah.............and 9/10

So here we are again. Coming off the back of a ground-breaking season(which included the most exciting match of all time, at Easter Road), we once again find ourselves facing the challenges of a new season. What are our expectations? Well.....unrealistic if you ask me. We KNOW how far this club can go given the circumstances. The list of opponents makes for wearisome reading. The doom mongers are peddling their wares already. All I ever want is to be entertained ( win, lose or draw). Lets give Yogi and the boys a chance for God's sake. It strikes me there IS only one answer to our perennial pre season gloom.............relegation................and another glorious season in the best division in Scottish football. Is that what you all want?

Portugal for me. Never been there ( well for more than a day anyway), don't come from there ( as far as I know)......just like a lot of their players. In a group with Germany but fair value at 28/1

So I sit here credit card in hand waiting to find out what the next move is. On calling the stadium at 10 I was told that all Cup final tickets are being sold through Ticketmaster ( I hate dealing with these crooks who take a massive commission on each sale and allocate you " best available" which is never satisfactory) My heart sank. On dialling their number i get a menu which does not include the Cup Final...........any other queries it says...........phone the stadium. So, I phone the stadium and can't get through. So here I sit credit card in hand.............. I want 12 tickets and i don't want to sit just anywhere ( which is undoubtedly where the Ticketmaster computer will put me). Why can't we get this right? We keep hearing how Doncaster is treating us like an insignificant wee club. Maybe at this level we are! Mighty pisssed off
