Falkirk -V- Inverness CT
By all accounts, with five shots on target and hitting the woodwork as well, this sounds like a very different 0-0 draw from the dire performance against Queen of the South a fortnight ago. All in all, away against a Falkirk side boosted by the appointment of a new manager, an encouraging result and performance in the context of this season

Who next for Scotland?
I'd be happy with either Michael O'Neill or Derek McInness. Not convinced that either would fancy the job though.

Fans Boycott
BB has reason to be proud of himself. He travels from Belfast to Scotland for football unlike the vast majority of his city who may travel to Scottish football grounds for reasons that have less to do with football than tribalism and seventeenth century history.

IRN BRU CUP
I too have never had any issues with Flybe...other than the fact that they ended their sponsorship deal with us !

First he will be genetically modified.

World Cup Qualifiers
Strachan has gone. Personally, I think we could do a lot worse than appointing Derek McInnes.
-
Rename game
Personally, I'd prefer to do without either.

World Cup Qualifiers
Although the most moronic option of all would be to keep Strachan. Knowing the track record of the SFA, that's exactly what they are likely to do.

Aye but watching the Jags team of the early seventies was worth the agony of all that went on before and after and a quick pint at the Corriegarth often made the second half a great deal more bearable.

Rename game
Hopping mad probably.

IRN BRU CUP
Can never be too disappointed in a home draw in any cup competition.

World Cup Qualifiers
At least Coleman has had some success at international level. If there was any case at all for Strachan staying it ended with his ridiculous excuse about us being at a 'genetic disadvantage' both Northern Ireland and the Republic have qualified for the play offs with smaller populations and I am not aware of the island of Ireland being populated by giants.

Fans Boycott
ICT fans are not 'boycotting' games. A figure of just under a thousand is what I would expect for the Irn Bru Cup. It's true that home attendances are down and falling still further but this is due to the fact that we are in a lower league, not getting results and playing football that is unentertaining and seldom pretty to watch. Nothing to do with a boycott. You seem obsessed with dishing the club at every turn. For a supposed supporter you never ever say anything remotely supportive

Writing on the wall for Kellacher?
It's not great but believe me, there have been far worse over the years !

Writing on the wall for Kellacher?
I have no idea about what goes on behind the scenes but it is, even from my position of ignorance, entirely wrong for the OP to apportion blame without any evidence whatsoever to back up what, whatever your view Kellacher's ability or otherwise as a coach, is an outrageous personal slur.

World Cup Qualifiers
Believe me, I did. Quite happy to buy Gordon Strachan a bottle to mark his retirement.

As exemplified this afternoon in a ninety minute nutshell.

World Cup Qualifiers
I have watched Scotland fall at the final hurdle, often with far better players than the current squad, over the decades to do anything other than watch through splayed fingers and fortified by Islay Malt. I have learned to live with the constant disappointment. It's these tantalising but ultimately illusory moments of hope that get to me.

CLUB STATEMENT : Supporter Behaviour at Brechin
No, as has been said above, they are giving people a second chance and, as again has been said above, they will be well advised to learn their lesson, take that chance and behave in future otherwise I think it could be some time before they are offered a third one.

Foran for Elgin?
Sorry to say that we saw nothing on the pitch last season and heard nothing from Richie off it which suggested that he had the ability or even the potential ability to successfully manage a football club at any level.

Inverness CT -V- Peterhead
I am wholly in favour, in principle, of including the Highland and Lowland League sides. I'm also a fan, in principle, of importing the Welsh and Irish teams. However, currently listening to the Linfield fans at Tannadice while watching on BBC Alba, I am not in favour of importing their sectarian bile. We have quite enough of that domestically.

Perhaps you can enlighten us on just which part of the most recent statement amounts to 'backtracking'.
