  1. Surely, in all fairness, Elgin should be obliged to cover Spartans' expenses for the replayed match.
  2. rapid
  3. "Being looked at" strikes me as a very neutral expression.
  4. Unfortunately ICT would be down by up to ?20000 which is a lot of money, we wan't to get the boards attention without hurting the club. I tend to agree especially with the threat of relegation at the end of the season if things don't pick up.
  5. soon
  6. I have said this for some months now. GET RID OF HIM BEFORE WE GO DOWN, AS I BELIEVE WE WILL NOT HAVE THE PLAYERS TO BRING US UP AGAIN. Will the Board pay some attention to what the paying public think! Question is can we keep the players that will keep us up. Apart from Barry Wilson, they are all contracted until at least the end of the season so ultimately it's up to the club whether they are still there to assist in the relegation battle which lies ahead. As for next season then that's a different matter !
  7. Hear hear.
  8. To be fair I don't think that Barry is Director of Football material.
  9. but before
  10. faith
  11. Please refrain from exchanging gratuitous insults or action will be taken.
  12. No I would never want ICT especially this season when every point might be crucial in avoiding relegation.
  13. I've got a feeling that either we will lose both fixtures or win both and that there will be no half measures. However, even if we manage two victories we will simply be papering over the cracks.
  14. There's no doubt whatsoever that Dundee United are a much improved team under Craig Levein but that still doesn't explain or excuse our tactics and performance.
  15. I've got a feeling that our loss might well be St Johnstone's gain. Wouldn't it be ironic if he were instrumental in the two teams swapping divisions at the end of the season?
  16. so quietly
  17. It certainly might be one reason.
  18. What are your all time most and least favourite christmas singles ? They don't necessarily have to have been at Number one. Personally my favourite is Fairy Tale of New York by the Pogues with Kirsty MacColl followed by Wizzard's I wish it Could be Christmas Every Day. Least favourite has to ne St Winnifred's School Choir's rendition of THere's No One Quite Like Grandma closely followed by anything by Saint Cliff !
  19. Now that we're into double figures in December how about a joint effort at a Christmas tale to take our mind of the woes of being an ICT supporter at present ? I'll start, Santa wanted....
  20. I agree it's a dilemma. I suppose there's an argument that if Barry's salary as a player is being saved then that could be utilised to pay him in that role. On the other hand we're in desparate need of an experienced striker and they don't come cheap ! It's a great pity that Mr Sutherland and Mr Savage couldn't have found a way of working together for the greater good of the club.
  21. How many chances does Rory need to make an impression ? He's been on the verge of making a "breakthrough" for at least three seasons now.
  22. We can't even muster a sizeable turnout to watch the football never mind attend a futile protest !
  23. Fans can voice their opinions but I doubt that any sort of formal protest will get anywhere. It's not as though the club are unaware of the general consensus among supporters.
  24. Maybe a part time role could be found for Steve Paterson once he overcomes his health problems.
