Matchday Thread: Kilmarnock -V- ICT
We've had slightly more attacking play than Killie, without really threatening;, but they are looking dangerous on the break. Our defence is looking strong and our key attackers like Hayes, Rooney and Foran are too quiet. I can see a set piece or error deciding this game

Foran is on the left, Ross in the middle by the way.

Legends Team
I see Graham Bayne has said that he'd like to make an appearance for a few mins, despite being badly injured. Good on him! No one could ever question his commitment whilst an ICT player, so it's good to see this continue a few years later

Cheap trains to games in October
Morning all, Every year Sainsburys rolls out this deal, so here is the latest one: Cheap train tickets I'm planning on using it for the Kilmarnock away game, since I've never been to Rugby Park.

Matchday Thread: St Mirren -V- Inverness CT
Nick Ross played in the middle when he came on?? I know we won the game and all that, but surely Morrison or McBain would've been a more natural choice to play in the middle of the pitch; considering both have more experience playing there.

I think I may go onto PieandBovril to re-read the St Mirren v. ICT thread

The penalties yesterday
...feel confident that Riordan wouldn't score his? I've been mega impressed at Esson's ability to save penalties; and whilst he relied on the post to stop the goal this time, I still have confidence in him facing them. Even Riordan has noticed it: The jeers that rang round Easter Road seconds later at the full-time whistle summed up another day of frustration for Hibs and Riordan said: "We should have won with the amount of chances we had and the penalty I missed. "That is the last three I have missed against Esson and they have all hit the post. He is a jinx." And at the other end, I had total confidence in Rooney scoring his. He's put away almost every penalty he's had for us and Mark Brown never did well with stopping them when he was at ICT. In a nutshell, we have a good penalty taker and a good penalty saver. Hibs do not. Good times

Waverly to Easter Road
Afternoon all. I'm planning on visiting a mate up Leith Walk/constitution road way before or after the match on Saturday. What is the best bus to get from Waverly Train station area? Which will either get me to the match, or a bit further up the road to meet my mate...? Many thanks for any help offered!

Then doing the same on the way back post-match, but in reverse.

Team For Accies
Proc, McCann and Sanchez are doubts for today according to P&J Innes back in training but unlikely to feature.
-
Team For Accies
I still think Innes is out, due to family reasons. He's not listed in the squad on the BBC.

Rossco out for sunday

Transfer Deadline
Jack Ross has just been released from Hamilton... Possible right back signing?

Next Round
The draw is still seeded btw, so we are in 'pot 2' and will get one of the 'bigger' teams. I'd take Motherwell at home

ICT v Peterhead
Was Proctor replaced because of injury?
-
ICT v Peterhead
It's a bit of a worry if Proctor was subbed for an injury!? Otherwise we'll have to hurry Innes back from his family concerns or hope Tokely is back fit sooner than expected.

ICT v Peterhead
Inverness CT * 01 Tuffey * 02 Proctor * 03 McBain * 04 Munro * 05 Gillet * 06 Cox * 08 Duncan * 09 Ross * 11 Hayes * 07 Odhiambo * 10 Rooney Where's McBain playing then!? Cox right back, with McBain in the middle?

Is it not tomorrow?

Team for Peterhead
Peterhead WILL cause us problems, they have a lot of players who will treat this as their biggest game of the year. I hope we put out our first team, with maybe the likes of Innes (if available), Sanchez and Tuffey playing. McBain and Golly are due a run out and I wouldn't mind them to get a game as well. If things are going well and we are cruising, it'd be great to get 30mins or so for Morrison, Sutherland and Shinnie. I have training that night, so will probably make it back just in time to listen to Open All Mikes from the 2nd half onwards... unless there is dedicated coverage from MFR??

Matchday Thread: Dundee Utd -V- ICT
Driving home from my Sunday League team's narrow defeat, my car stereo mentions a goal at Tannadice with Kevin McCann putting it in the net. I'm embarrassed to say that I immediately thought it was an own goal! A few bangs on the dashboard and claps of my hands when I hear it was a 30 yard screamer past Pernis Now to relax at home with an Irn Bru and last night's pizza; listening to the rest of the match online. C'mon lads give us 3 points

Hamilton v. Hearts
Martin Canning just been sent off, ruling him out of our game next weekend That's Hamilton also conceded 4 pens and 8 goals in 2 games! I hope Hayes's fitness holds up for next week as I'd fancy our chances of getting a few pens
