    Dida

Both keepers had a nightmare in that game. Dida's was the worst of the lot. How can you be playing at that level when you cant even catch a ball. Some result for Milan. I never expected them to get anything out of the game
  2. I heard about that aswel. The Mau Utd fans are going to be searched for beachballs when they go into the ground. It would have been funny to see them all throwing the balls on the pitch. Though i think the ref would stop the game untill all of the beachballs were off the pitch especially after last week
  3. A major selling point. Is this for sure or will they try to shoe-horn us into the stand? Im pretty sure that we will be in the terracing. 3 out of the 4 stands are terraced so it is a pretty good chance of it happening
  4. Esson Roscoe Bulvitis Munro Golly Proctor Duncan Cox Hayes (If fit) Foran Imrie Thats what I think Butcher will start with. If Hayes isnt fit it would be Imrie on the left ans Sanchez up front with Foran
  5. I will be making my first trip to Somerset park. This will be the first game of the season were it will be terracing. I am looking forward to it
  6. I didnt think there was any point in starting a new thread for this but Ayr have come from 2 -0 down to make it 2-2 with 4 minutes plus added time still to play Looks like these midweek fixtures have helped us a hell of a lot forgot to mention they are playing dundee for those of you who didnt know
  7. I thought that we just deserved the 3 points. The first half was a non event. Both sides could and probably should have had penalties and the Raith number 9 was extremely unlucky to get booked for diving so we got off with that. We started creating more chances in the second half as were Raith and you could see that both teams wanted the 3 points and nobody would be holding back The turning point in the match for me was when Dani Sanchez came on. It was as if somebody had flipped a switch. All of a sudden we were getting the ball played into feet and Sanchez was always in acres of space and he was spreading the play excellantly. I do agree with what somebody else said in an earlier post about him needing to be a bit more aggresssive. He dosent seem to want to attack the ball. He will wait for the ball to come to him. He was my Man of the Match. Thats how impressed I was with him. Rooney made the goal. He did brilliantly to hold of the last defender and showed the sort of passion we need as he didnt give up when the keeper looked like he was going to pick the ball up. He got what he deserved when proctor stroked the ball home. It just shows that if you give that little bit extra you can gain so much more. Raith had some very good chances as well and Esson made at least 2 good saves to keep us level and in front. Bulvitis was all over the place. He dosent seem to know where he should be on the pitch. I reckon if there were stonger opposing attackers on the pitch he could have cost us a few goals. After the goal Raith were pushing everyone forward and we had a couple of delightful counter attacks but we could make sure of the win. It was not the most pleasing on the eye but we got the 3 points and that is what we desperatly needed. We just need to start grinding out results at home now. Please please please beat Dunfermline of saturday
  8. I think he might of over exaggerated that a little. We played well in the first half but I would never have said we were that good
  9. Granted it was crap today but it is the only place in the stadium that sings(apart from the South Stand). Everyone must know atleast half of the songs so why dont they join in? I think they should join in. The only reason why they might not join in is becuase they would be the only 1 or 2 in that section that is singing and they would look like a bit of an idiot (a pathetic excuse I know but it might be true) I didnt say swearing, i said standing. An im at the back row As far as I can see you should be able to stand becuase you are not blocking anyones view and if people complain about that then they need to get their head checked but like some people at TCS they will be moaning for the sake of moaning Show another club support in the world who doesnt swear at any games? I wouldnt be able to but apparently we are to only club that has fans that will kick up a fuss about it so the best way to work around the problem is to try and stop swearing so much. Not if the songs you try to sing have swears in them and they need to be said but if swearing less will get more people on your side then maybe you need to consider that Im not denying that the atmosphere at TCS is great. Its FAR from it. But the only who do try their hardest to aleast make some noise and generate some atmosphere are the ones being singled out by the club and these so called fans. Yeah I know you are and I really do think the club need to sort that out but the only thing the club can do is move the family section somewhere else and that is never going to happen. Even that might not solve the problem because some of the complainers might not be in the family section. As far as I can see that is all the club can do but they wont because they wont want to upset the people making the complaints who at the end of the day are the main problem
  10. I might as well add to that post by saying I never left early either. I stayed untill every ICT player had left the pitch as that seems to be what some people thought about your post
  11. Right, this is the kinda person who in my opinion shoud feck off and never come back to the TCS. Youa re an absolute jke and its insulting to be called an ICT supporter when we have idiots like you. I am a season ticket holder with Inverness CT, my seat is in the back row of Section G and i have supported this club since 1994 and even Caley from 1992 and im only 21 years old. How old are you? or are you still living in the past with the Caley/Thistle divide. That is what is killing this club off when the stadium is full of "fans" who still think this is two teams. Section G seems to be only place that has genuine ICT supporters who have followed this club through thick and thin. Im sure there are probably more but the majority i bet are still the older generation who see two clubs playing at home in theTCS, not one. I look around the stadium and i see dour-faced arseholes who sit in their seats and criticise the team from a distance and never show their support vocally. These w*****s should pi$$ off now. id rather see Inverness Caledonian Thistle play infront of 100 true ICT fans each home game rather than 2,500 idiots. Get real and get with the times. Inverness Caledonian & Inverness Thistle are DEAD!!! Inverness Caledonian Thistle is our club now and fecking get behind them insted of whinging and complaining about things that happen part and parcel with modern football. I am VERY close to telling ICT to stuff their season ticket and i wont be back until these morons are gone. Thanks. Your right I will stop going to all the games just because I say what I feel about it. I have supported the club since 1994 as well (and im 18 years old), I have got a season ticket for this year and been to every League game this season home and away if we are going to go down that road of stating our achievements about how well we support the club. What did I say that offended you so much. The support at TCS is crap just now so what would make it worse if the "section G" left? I dont want you to leave becuase we do need you at the ground but when I go to the home games I dont get why people talk on here about section G being particuarly great. The only diference I see it that the few back rows stand up and sing one or two songs throughout the match. There isnt anything special about that though is there? If people get on at you for swearing too much then you have to try and respect that and tone it down a little becuase they cant be complaining about when you are singing becuase there is a general lack of that so it must be in the conversations which can easily cut out swearing. To get a decent atmosphere you need to have more people to sing with you. The only was you are going to do that is by getting the small children to join in but that wont happen if their mum and dads wont let them go up to sit beside you lot becuase of the things they might hear when they are up there. and for your information im not one of the people that moan there heads off at every slack pass. I dont abuse Butcher during the game. I go there to support the club, I dont sit up in the back of the North Stand because I dont know anybody up theire anymore. I used to know most of them but they all stopped going to the games so I moved seats but there is nothing that would make me want to sit up there, I might not do by singing and shouting anymore (at the home games) but I do it in the way I feel is the next best manner of supporting your team. I try to get behind them and support them in every way I can so I dont see why I should not be allowed to go back just because you think that I am against people singing. I am not I think there should be more but if you try to deny that the atmosphere at TCS is crap then it is you who has serious problems not me
  12. The club support is an embarassment already. TBH it would make no difference if you stayed or went. The atmosphere is crap just now so it would still be crap now. I want you to make lots of noise but I dont like this whole "section G" thing going on. You are singling yourself out and some of you think that you are automatically better than the people who dont sing at the games. That is what pisses me off. You are making more enemies than friends. I know that these other fans who complain about swearing are idiots but you still have to respect them and maybe tone it down a bit. Its not hard. Just dont swear when you are not singing songs. Dont shout stupid comments out for the sake of it (which I know happened in the past) This is not aimed at you individually because I dont have a clue who you are but you are the only one on here just now so I am telling you how it is I do not start the songs. Im 16. Its the older ones of the group that shout out things and start the songs. I am just one of the ones that join in. I dont think we who sing are better than any other fans, i just dont like us being treated the way we are by some people. Lastly, one of the reasons i single us out on this forum is because we are singled out constaintly by people moaning so if they single us out for negativity, why cant i single us out for something positive? Thats the problem though. You for example will say something positive to get back at the person who says something negative which will keep going on and on. This creates a divide in the support which is what we dont need. The negative stuff is always the stuff that comes out first and I dont agree with that. I think you should be able to sing what you like and be left to make a proper atmosphere but I dont think that will be happening in the very near future Away games are the only chance we will get at having a decent support

  14. So, did you feel tough swearing at the lady? The one that is so high and mighty? What are you getting at? Why are we being critisised for giving the club support and when we dont give the club support we are still critisised! Its a lose-lose situation for us. What support??? You hardly sing any songs when you are at the games. Not just this season but the last few seasons That is hardly making you support the team more than the people who sit in silence
  15. I dont know what makes people so confident that we will get 6 points out of the next 2 home games when we have got 1 out of the previous 4
  16. Fair enough, but why blow smoke up there arses and say everythings ok when its not? Because he cant come out and say we are all **** it is all a diaster and we are not going to get promoted I know we already know it but if you hear the manager come out with that it is not exactly what you want to here. You are right in what you are saying but he cant say that Why not, we pay our money.. what if those that arnt allowed to have an opinion stopped going to games? (supporting) then what.... we are proper funked then, I'd say easy 1000 folk today didnt like what they saw and said somthing... then next week when it gets worse and another 1000 stop saying anything and stop going... ICT...What ICT IMO there are two types of folk follow Caley, Fans - Check the score on Ceefax and the likes buys a top and reads the odd blog. Supporters - Buy Season tickets, or just goes when they can, home and/or away who feel they are making a difference to the team... I'm an ICT Supporter Sorry I was actually talking about butcher. I thought that you were as well Yeah the fans are allowed to say what they like but I would rather see the fans trying to be positive and try to get behind the team throughout the 90 mins. If we get beat then show your frustration at the end of the game by booing as they walk off. Not slating the players and staff after every slack pass and then moaning for the rest of the game
  17. Fair enough, but why blow smoke up there arses and say everythings ok when its not? Because he cant come out and say we are all **** it is all a diaster and we are not going to get promoted I know we already know it but if you hear the manager come out with that it is not exactly what you want to here. You are right in what you are saying but he cant say that
  18. I thought Duncan was pretty good today. He had a terrible shot which would have looked more at home on a Rugby pitch but apart from that he was good He made a few good tackles, one of which was never a free kick. He got the ball down and spread the play out to the full backs to push on and start an attack. One of out better players today
  19. I wish you would post on here more often. You speak a hell of a lot of sense I agree with 100% of that
  20. To be fair to Robbo he did not have Pele's team anywhere else. and he wont have Pele's team here. Anyway that is not being fair to Robbo. You are pretty much saying he didnt do any of the hardwork but he was their to take all the glory
  21. John Robbertson hasnt exactly been successfull at any of the other clubs he has managed either
  22. GK - Esson RB - Proctor LB - Golly CB - Bulvitis CB - Munro RM - Imrie LM - Hayes CM - Duncan CM - Cox ST - Foran ST - Sanchez
  23. Och move on FFS :006: So you wouldnt take any of them back to the club as manager? No I wouldnt
  24. I agree with you that you should be allowed to sing and create an atmosphere but this whole "section G" thing is a load of pish. They cant be known for creating an atmosphere because at all of the games I have been at in the last year or so I have hardly heard any noise. There is the occasional song but not a lot. You are not going to get more people to join in by not singing songs. You lot have to start it off. Then you will get all the little kids that want to go and join you to learn the words and join in. I know becuase I did that when I was younger and we were last in the first divison. In the terracing I loved standing behind the goal trying to sing the songs becase it was great fun There is nobody making a decen atmosphere. If the stewards get on at you for swearing (which I dont think they should be getting on at you for) then sing songs that dont have swears for a wee while. Soon enough you will get people realising that you really are hear to support the club and will appreciate what you are doing Becuase right now you are not creating much of an atmosphere
