Well if you would read what was written and try to understand why it was written then there would be no need for tempers to become raised and I would not have possibly instigated action from the club which may well see section gumbo become the focus of heavy handed stewarding in the future. I don't know about you but from my point of view things are hardly "heated" it is just people having a debate on the how to give TCS a better atmosphere or no atmosphere the way some people are acting and the fact that because of this thread you are going to write to the club is laughable. You really can't of thought it was that big of a problem if you were never going to do anything before this thread was started and there is really nothing that has been posted on here that would merit such a change of heart. I believe that i the past that the people who work for caley have said that they hold no responsibility for the actions of the people standing at the back of section G and they will not try and control them or something along those lines

1 I sit in the family section, I am entitled to my opinion and to voice my concerns. 2 If you had read and understood that A/ I am not overly concerned normally but as someone has made the suggestion that the family section is moved it then becomes my concern B/ I was asking Kilda why the family section should be moved not you then we would not be discussing this now. I never said you did say that I should be moved. Regarding the famine song the Sheriff said that he had no doubt the song was sung but it could not be proved who sung it. Now just because you and you alone cannot read and understand what I have said many times I am off to write an email to the club with my concerns about the language and content of some songs coming from the section next to the family section. They are duty bound to answer my concerns, you can deal with any flack from section gumbo about over stewarding. Do you not think that the people who are actually sitting in the family section would have complained if they were annoyed about any swears than anybody in the ground may have shouted (not just the people in section G) Im sure they dont need you to do it for them and Im also sure that you dont even know if the majority of the people in the family section are offended by what people may shout out during a game

It is only the vast minority of songs which there are a problem with, eg Dougie Imrie paedophile, the Famine song and some others Cut these out and everyone is happy. Why should I be moved to a worse view to accommodate the singers and the fact that sometimes they might come out with an offensive song no matter how rare an occasion that might be? Very true. I have no objection to most the stuff coming from them, in fact I would tolerate anything they come out with under normal circumstances but after reading this thread and realising that my quality of seat and price I pay is under threat just because some adolescents can't control themselves then I may just decide to protect it by writing to the club and discussing it with them, after all not one person on this message board has it within their power to change allocated areas of the stadium without discussions with the club. If it is being suggested to the club by the singers and their followers that I should be moved along with the rest of the family section I may as well put my case to the club first. As far as I see it nobody from the back of section G has been on here demanding that you and everybody else that sit in the same area as you do move seats

No you are wrong, the two options left are 1 Keep things as they are with anyone willing to join the singers buying a section G ticket, season ticket or any ticket available on the day, and the singers stop with the sectarian songs chants or shouts and the songs chants and shouts similar to the "Dougie Imrie paedophile" stuff which was belted out on Saturday. These over the top chants etc are inappropriate anyway but especially so due to the proximity to the family section. 2 The singers congregate elsewhere. People who buy family section tickets do so because the club has allocated a section of the ground for families to sit so that their children are not exposed to the bad element of football, as said before if these guys behaved that way on the street they would be dealt with by the police, this would also be true if someone in the crowd approached a police officer to complain about the chants heard on Saturday. No one wants to grass up a fellow fan but if the boys carry on the way they are it might just happen, there are families sat nearby. IHE you chose not to come to home matches because your behaviour has been deemed unacceptable and you are not willing to toe the line and calm down, maybe your posse should consider doing the same, if they cannot behave. Why is it ok to get them to move to another part of the stadium when they have been sitting in those seats for years but it is shouted down when you ask it to be the other way around to everybody else who sits in section G?

I think the people at the back of section G have always been season ticket holders for that section so if people say that they do not want to move because they like the seat they have (which I would completely understand) then why would they want to move as well. As far as I am aware they never sat i the "Singing Section" in the West Stand because you had to buy a season ticket for it and it had no roof and was generally a crap area for a singing section. Also they were only in the main stand for a few games so they have hardly been moved all over the place. They have been there just as long as everybody else around them so they shouldn't have to move either. Anyway people seem to now be thinking that they are demanding everybody to move because of this thread but as far as I can see nobody that actually sits there as even made a post on this forum never mind just this thread. From what I noticed from the Hamilton game was the bottom half of section G was all empty anyway so I'm sure if people wanted to they could all just go there to help get more people to sing songs. The only real time this would be a problem would be when the old firm are in town but then for all the tickets that are available in section G for those games could the fans that wanted to sit in those seats not swap their ticket in whatever area of the ground they are in for one in Section G and the club can then sell the fans original ticket for that game

Fairly boring game. Valloadolid the better team in the first half by a mile but we got back into it in the second half, Nobody had any real chances. Just a generally boring pre-season game

How exactly are we in the early part of pre-season when this is one of our final friendlies and the start of the League is about a week and a half away?

I dont really see what the problem with errea is. They have made some really nice tops for us since they have made our strips. Addidas tops are nice but all clubs apart from the big teams will have exactly the same design and then our top would be dull and boring

Also because Butcher is on a 2 year deal as well. I reckon that is a fairly big reason why the players are signing 2 year contracts

Why on earth would we sing it when we are not champions :D After next season I dont think we will be singing it for a while

I hope they get hammered tomorrow. Nothing more would please me more to see them get embarrased with millions of people watching. We must be the only club to wish our greatest rivals good luck. Everybody else (quite rightly) would be hoping that they crash and burn

Hearts or Hibs away IMO would be the best way to start the season off but I am not fussed who it is against as long as it is away

If I was offered 11th just now I would bite your hand off. I dont want to sound negative but all this top 6 talk is crazy for our first year back in the SPL. Survial would a fantastic achievement. As much as I like your positive thoughts I hope they dont turn into expectations and if we finish 10th or 11th next year you will consider it a failure

Most of it is. I think that if you stand right at the front you wouldnt be under the roof. By the sounds of it there could be between 700-1000 fans. It would be brilliant if I was right
