But Hearts could beat them and we could win the derby. In fact we will win the derby... ;)
  2. I could get the young people at my youth groups take a bash at a paper mache effort.

    Pleasing.
  4. CRC Evans / Brora bound?
  5. Doubt he's been dropped cos his missus is homesick! Where did they move from California? I make very few away games but I'm making this one with the father in-law. First trip to Rugby Park and first time on the supporters bus so I hope they're gentle! Back to our winning ways I reckon!

Quite honestly, I threw a tantrum that my daughter would be proud of. Kicking, screaming, hat thrown on the floor. The full whammy.
  9. I figured it was the bridge st bridge.
  10. Now that's weather I can appreciate. :)
  11. Thats not bad I remenber when you were doing well if you did it in 5! Aye there were a good few gritters on the go. Was behind one for a while, definitely in the passible with care category. Though it would have been a good bit easier if I'd borrowed the old man's Land Rover!
  12. If I wasn't bringing the missus to a semi I'd be there. Was very disappointed when the Cove Rangers game was postponed during the winter break. Will def be taking in the glorious sights of Merkinch at the next suitable game.
  13. Imo Strawberry flavour was the t*ts! *gets flashbacks of Macdonald park back in the mid 90s*
  14. Millions and that's no hyperbole.
  15. Arrived a couple of hours ago. Edinburgh has feck all snow but the drive on the A9 wasn't much fun 30/40mph for a good bit of it, started getting better about 10 miles past Perth. All in all took about 4 hours door to door.
  16. A couple of mates when I was in school tried to get me to watch some cricket, apparently it was the exciting version, 20/20? if I remember rightly. However I just couldn't get into it and was still bored to tears, perhaps if they supplied a bottle of 20/20 it would have been much more fun.
  17. Charleston Academy have 10 pairs of tickets (can be used for child or adult) to give away free for the semi final. If you are a pupil or know a pupil tell them! Just go to the office and put for name down, first come first served. Additionally there is an opportunity for 2 mascots for the game, from the area. You have to be under 14 and happy to walk out holding a player's hand. You will need to wear black trousers / trackies and trainers, t-shirt will be provided. This obviously includes a match ticket for the mascot and a free adult ticket for whoever is accompanying them. The school have also kindly offered to pay for a seat on the supporters bus for the mascot. All the accompanying adult would have to cover would be the £14 for their seat on the supporters bus, that's it. Register your interest at the office in Charleston Academy. ASAP. Appreciate the late notice but the school only heard yesterday, mascots need to confirmed by 10am tomorrow for their bus place, please be quick. This isn't really my job per se but if you have questions, I will try to answer if I can.
  18. Just getting to know us before they have to start reporting our European exploits imo!
  19. Can't really blame the ballboy he's only copying what he often sees on the pitch. Monkey see monkey do.
  20. You won't be totally limp this weekend, the least you'll get is a semi! :D
  21. Cheers fellas!
  22. Any ideas how long would it take to walk from the Edinburgh city centre to Easter Road?
  23. Is there such a thing as an unhappy clapper?
  24. What hassle have they caused the club? Pretty much everything you have said could be applied to things said in CTO by posters with different views. Does that make CTO "too outspoken"? You obviously feel they are a bad thing and it would seem so do for other 'section E lads' but all I can see is fellow (presumably young) fans doing their bit to try and get behind the club. While they may not do and say everything to your liking at least they are making an effort which is more then can be said for many of our supporters. The last FB status I noticed from them was encouraging people to get behind the team and purchase tickets for the semi final. Truly shocking. asking the club whether they could do interviews, the club saying no, and them going ahead with it anyway. as a fans page they should be raising questions not putting over their views, by saying things like ''jason oswells ****'' they are clueless. its horrendously run. i dont know what they are posting as i unliked them. its easy to say things from behind a keyboard but actually doing something is an all together different thing. I'm not going to excuse behaviour that is unacceptable but my understanding was that they were told to stop after the interviews and they did, however if it was as you say then clearly that was not the right thing to do. As an independent fans page tbh as long as they are not passing themselves off as something they aren't (though I've been told this wasn't always the case) and it's not illegal, libelous etc then surely they can say what they like? You seem to be hung up on one comment that they are entitled to make just like you are entitled to disagree with it. Posters on this site have made ridiculous comments in the past that does't mean that everyone on here is clueless. Of course it's easy to say things from behind a keyboard but you do see the irony of that comment being made on an internet forum? I've no idea who they are and maybe you do but for all I know they have 4 mods who all started to clap at 6 minutes but no one joined in. Perhaps they aren't confident enough to start if if themselves, but thought it was a good idea? At least they cared enough to come up with the idea, which is more than most. My point is that they (like you) clearly have a passion for the club which is great, though their case it is misplaced sometimes. While they don't get it right all the time from what I have seen, particularly recently they seem to be on a better track and their heart appears in the right place. Ironically in the past I'm sure that you recall that people in the past have called the section E (formerly G) group a hassle and leveled complaints (rightly or wrongly) in their direction for poor judgement too.
