  2. Can't be him. No internet in Dingwall.
  3. I deduce one or two shandys have been consumed lol.
  4. Cos I'd like to spend some time with my family and take my daughter to the fireworks display in Forres. Personally I'd love to make away games (I'm lucky if I can make a couple a year) but as I lose most of Saturday to the footie when we are at home, I do quite like to have some family time. At least until she gets old enough to take to the games!

  6. Probably by the same mechanism as they employ to kill enjoyment of Inverness as a Saturday night entertainment centre by insisting on a midnight curfew. Police in towns and cities across the UK seem to manage "normal" Saturday pub and club going as a matter of course. But uniquely this seems to be beyond the competence of the Inverness cops and, apart from anything else, it portrays our city to the world as some kind of Wee Free dominated 19th century backwater. So they will possibly also therefore come to the conclusion that the management of two sets of football fans in the same pub will also be beyond the capacity of the Sneck Constabulary. C'mon Mr B, be fair they have to have their tea breaks too remember.
  7. Sevconians and the 'greatest fans in the world' aside I think it would be a great idea. Usual negativity from the police, frightened of change. Fans must mix in the pubs in town after surely without anarchy breaking out.

I believe that CLAN members do get a discount, though I'm sure someone else would have more information on this. ETA- I don't think you will ever have a pricing policy that makes everyone happy, all the time for example a pensioner was complaining to me that his son was annoyed as he thought is was grossly unfair that he paid full price while a 24 year old next to him who could be making just as much money if not more got a season ticket far cheaper. I replied with basically saying that there are 65+ year olds that sit near me who quite possibly have no mortgage etc and have much more money than me but get their ST far cheaper. That's the way it is, unless you means test everyone of course. Mind you the guy in front of me at the turnstiles got a good deal on Sat. After waiting in the 'ticket only' que the girl at the turnstyle let his young son in and then he asked her 'How much for an adult and a child?' Obviously not wanting to tell him this was not a cash gate and he was in the wrong line she just said 'Never mind just go in' and let him through. I would hope he at least bought a programme!

I costs me around (possibly just under) £16 a game for an adult in the North Stand. Not terrible value IMO. Though the burgers / hotdogs are a rip off, no question.
  10. Tade to miss 3 one on ones and a 2-1 win for us.

  16. Very unfortunate, was looking forward to it. Guess I'll just have to spend time with the wife.
  17. Yep, may take the wee one too.
  18. I think the idea is that while there are no actual prices you can make a small donation. I could be wrong though.
  19. The announcer was told to play music for the Weatherseal challange which is what he did. As a side note apparently someone (who was at the game) phoned the stadium not long before kickoff to complain that the music was too loud. Jesus wept.
  20. I'll speak to the announcer tomorrow and see what he says.
  21. They're not seething about Cher's song. Taken from Over the Bridge- " no class from Caley but the choice of that Cher song on the PA was particularly crass and in other parts of the world could be construed as highly offensive and provocative." :rotflmao: Pleasing.
