I may have got my dates all wrong, but I seem to recall that a decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on the Niculae case was initially expected shortly after the hearing ICT attended in September. I'm sure there was then an announcement on the ICT site that the verdict was being postponed by a month. All has been quiet ever since. Anyone know what is happening?
